CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!! This shop sold me a set of 4 used tires that were 10 years old SERIOUSLY!!! The way I found out was by taking it to A reputable car service place to get my oil change and tire rotation and was told they could not rotate my tires because they cant rotate anything Older than 7 years old. They told me no used tire shop should ever sell anyone a tire that old. How was I to know? I'm a women going in trusting a business to be honest with me and take care of me, but apparently that wasn't the case. I called Azteca tire and talked to the owner of the shop and explained to him what I was told and told him why he would sell a 10 year old tire. He said bring in a receipt that's the only way I will look at your tires? My fault for not saving a receipt but he should no concern, no sympathy, no explanation at all, he basically didn't want to talk to me. I told him why would I randomly call you and pull you out the air with this complaint? I just bought them here 6 months ago. He used the excuse and said well I don't remember you?? Sadly I have referred a handful of people to this place because I said they have good prices. They don't care if these tires could have blown out because of there age, or I could of had an accident with the tread coming apart? This is a shady place PLEASE STAY AWAY from here. No one's life is worth a 10 yr old tire. read more

Currently here waiting for my tires to be replaced and so far so good! The workers here are nice and friendly and the prices are reasonable. For 2 used tires for my 2005 Ford Focus- $70! $60 for the tires with less "meat" on them- and a $5 fee to leave my old tires here. Not so bad, right? My only con about Aztec Tires is the workers' dog. I believe it's a Pitbull. It's not on a leash and it's just roaming around the place. It even came and sat next to me for a while... chewing on a bone. Harmless doggy, but scary, lol. read more

Really fast service BUT....after driving my car for a couple of days, I noticed something didn't feel right. I decided to take my car into Les Schwab to make sure the balance and alignment was within specs. Turns out all of my new tires were out of balance! I paid Azteca to mount and balance my tires and they only mounted them... don't waste your time with this tire shop. read more

I Called Victor and he said he had two LT235 85R 16 for my F350 he said they were almost new and it would be $160 mounted... I asked how old the tires were and he said he did not know...I said Great ill come down... it was half of what two new tires where at Costco and as this is just a weekend truck to hall stuff to the dump and sees less than 2,000 miles a year, half price sounded good! The reviews on Yelp led me believe that I could get a fair deal at Azteca, so I thought I would give them a try... When I pulled in, I said I called and talked to Victor about some tires for my truck, the person told me that they had four that morning but had just sold them... I said OK and turn around to leave... then he walked around my truck and said; your rear tires are different than the front, and that he had two of those in stock, he went behind a stack of tires and pulled out two rotten tires(hard and cracked rubber) I said I would skip those... and drove off. Offering to sell me those junk tires for my truck was dishonest, and potentially dangerous! DO yourself a BIG favor if buying tires from Azteca, check the date they were made and skip any tires over five years old. A tire with a DOT code of 1109 was made in the 11th week of 2009. If the tire has a three number DOT code stay away from those they were made before 2000... So as of today 4-2-17 if the DOT code on one of their tires is less than 0112 = first week of January 2012. Don't buy it, it is no longer worth any money unless you are desperate and they are charging you $10 and it's not the rainy season... read more

My husband told me about this place, he had a flat tire, so he called for a used one to put on right away. For a used tire depending on what size it is, it was only $25.00 for the tire and for them to change, and it was almost new. He told me a brunch of youngster's work there, and they are quick to. I really didn't believe him till one week-end, my tire had two screws in in, so I had to change it right away, so I went with my husband to this place, and who comes out of the shop 4 youngsters, working and they charged me $14.00 to repair my tire, how cool is that. I was devastated to find out that I needed one new tire due to my front right tire having a huge hole in it. I called around to get pricing on a tire at every tire shop I could think of and the pricing was outrageous. For one tire?!?! Are you kidding? Anyways I came across this hidden gem and they were to the point and really cheap. One used tire for my is300 cost $37 out the door. Bought a used tire here. The tire had a leak but I didn't realize it until two weeks later. It was for a project car that sits in the garage and I hadn't had time to play with it and didn't notice the tire had gone flat. When I brought this to their attention, the person who answered became irate and acted as if I have I had offended him. They also over-torqued my lug nuts so I couldn't remove the wheel/tire to take it to get repaired. I broke two ratchets trying to get my wheel off. I was screwed. I finally got them to agree to let me borrow a portable air tank that I had to drive down and pick up so that I can air up the tire and drive the car to them to be repaired. I aired up my tire with the tank they lend me and took my business elsewhere to have the flat fixed. Thanks for the free air tank that should make up for my time and two broken ratchets. Stay away from these people. I'm all about supporting local businesses but not don't bite the hands that feed you. read more

Don't buy from these guys. They will sell you doctored tires and refuse to take them back when they come apart on the freeway. They admitted that they covered defects on the sidewall prior to selling them to me. When I asked for my money back they said "sorry...it's your problem now"! Buyer beware! read more

The price point simply can't be beat. I got two tires with decent tread still on them for $90. The same for new ones from Costco would have run $360. I know they're not new, but they sure helped my budget. Why not 5 stars? A bit slow in finding my tires once I got there, and they quoted me $65 on the phone...though that was for tires that were more used. I gladly paid the $90. Had to download this stupid yelp app. Just to post my review. First of all. I AM A TECHNICIAN. AT A REAL SHOP. DEALERSHIP WISE. This place sucks. Yes. Tires are cheap as hell. But at least do the fucking job right. With the right tools. Second. Customer service sucks. I was quoted $75 for two tires. And said they were in stock. I came to get my tires done. And they had to ordered them from the so called factory. And they cost 75$ each. And Will take about 30 minutes. So okay. No problem. I left and came back after an hour. THIRD. I still had to wait 20 minutes for the damn tires. So now the tech is putting on my rims. And the dude used a fucking 18 point socket STANDARD. And what do you guess? Yes. The dude stripped my studs. Ruined my lug nuts. And now. A 15 minutes job has turned into hours. Of course I was pissed. Plus the dudes ain't tryna reimburse me for the parts they broke. 3 lug nuts and one wheel stud. I did replaced them eventually but at my inconvenience. I wish this app have negative stars. I would rate them negative infinity. WORDS OF ADVISE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. LIKE A LEGIT DEALERSHIP. AND FOR THE TECHS THERE, USE A FUCKING METRIC SIX-POINT SOCKET. GET IT DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. BECAUSE NOW YOURE JUST WASTING YOUR OWN TIME. AND AS WELL AS MINES. Bought 2 used tires from Azteca tires, then a month later went to get an oil change from Firestone. They do a 21 point check along with the oil change. Found out my tires were cracked & were 10 years old. Turns out that after 10 years, shops aren't allowed to put air in them. My car itself isn't even 10 years old. About 2 weeks later, one tire started going flat, new tire shop said it was bad and I had to get a new one & recommended I do the same to the other side. I just went to Azteca Tires on Tulare after I was told on the telephone that the used tires I wanted were $30 each with 75% tread. Sounded good and I went in and met with Jose. The tires were suddenly $50 each. Eventually, we negotiated for $170 out the door. Jose specifically said they would be mounted. During the installation, another employee showed up and completed the job. When he wrote up the receipt, he included labor and tax to bring the total to $220. When I asked to speak with Jose, all of a sudden he was shy and didn't speak any English. They told me that they would take the tires off, but would still charge me for the labor. If you go here, make sure you have someone who speaks Spanish with you and make sure you get in writing first. read more
