It was quite the adventure getting our rug cleaned. We had dog urine on it and so I dropped it off at TP hoping for the best. Instead it came back badly damaged and smelling even worse. They were quite understanding and helpful about it. They explained that the smell was the aged latex backing and that they would repair the damage and re-clean it for free. Replacing the latex was another $90 though, but to be fair it's not their fault it was old. I think they really should've noticed the damage and warping though. It took about 12 days for the first cleaning and maybe about 15 for the second one. I can't say I was totally thrilled with everything but they did try to make things right. In the end this $500 rug cost almost half of that to clean. Needless to say, the dog is not allowed on it anymore! read more

We recently had work done by Turco (a large sectional couch, chair and ottoman) and were extremely impressed by the service we received and the work - which was nothing short of amazing. We have a baby, a dog and a long haired cat - needless to say our furniture was in desperate need of help. A few years ago we used a groupon and got another service in to clean the same furniture. The company was in and out in less than an hour and the end result was mildly improved. We brought Turco in and they spent over 4+ hours doing the same job. The service technician was very polite, personable and considerate of our sleeping baby. The end result was nothing short of amazing - everything looks and SMELLS like brand new. It took more time, it cost more money, but the results were in my opinion worth it. Highly recommended. read more

I rejected this for my thirty-year old rug on the basis that it owed me nothing and already had a huge red wine stain that had resisted previous cleaning. For several years now I have trusted this company with my carpets. NEVER again. In the past if there has been an issue with a stain they would pick up the phone and call to see how I wanted to handle it. I recieved my carpet back last week and it looks like it was never touched. I was horrified and told the chaps delivering how I felt and they said they would have the manager call me. No one has bothered to call me. I spent $450 to clean this carpet. I appreciate that they can not get all stains out BUT they should tell me this BEFORE I spend the money. Very disappointed. read more

We have been going to Tucro Persian for a number of years now and though our rugs only go in for yearly cleaning- no kids or pets, we have always been very pleased with the experience. We typically make use of their pickup/delivery service and have consistently been impressed with how punctual, polite and hardworking their drivers are. While perhaps not the cheapest option around, if you've already invested in beautiful rugs and want to keep them that way, you really can't beat the quality of service offered by this Toronto institution! read more

We had a dog stain on our Persian rug. My mother highly recommended Turco carpet. The price was very reasonable so I called them. I was given a date and time for pick-up. The man who picked it up was prompt and pleasant. About 2 weeks later they called to ask if I wanted it scotch guarded for $30. They told me the carpet was still drying and it would be ready in a few more days. A few days later I got a call to schedule the free delivery of the carpet. I was really surprised but as my mother had promised the carpet was unbelievably clean. It is a very light beige carpet and I hadn't even realized how dirty it was. The carpet looked new and I am thrilled with Turco. read more
