At first, everything looked great and we were happy with the initial installation. However, we ran into a drainage issue that seemed to stem from the turf being installed too high. We paid an additional $500 to have it pulled back so French drains could be installed. Unfortunately, the communication throughout the process was extremely poor. Calls were not returned, and the few text responses we received were vague and at times came across as rude. When they finally came back to reinstall the turf, they used a strip that's clearly a different shade and didn't secure it properly--now it's lifting. Because of the communication issues and how disrespectful the interaction felt, we're hesitant to even contact them to fix it. The rest of the yard looks great, which is the most frustrating part--they had the ability to do a good job, but the customer experience and follow-through were deeply disappointing.

From the first call to the completion Rejoyce Landscaping exceeded ANY of my expectations. The plants are of wonderful quality and the finished project looks amazing. I had a clear vision and Nick took great care in discussing with us what we wanted to see and not just push his ideas. He addressed any concerns and was open to my last minute changes. (That change was actually what he originally suggested) Being more specific, Nick originally suggested rocks in lieu of mulch. I chose mulch. The owner himself came out initially rather than a salesperson. Phil is a great guy, someone you want to do business with. Save yourself some money and get the job done right. I was impressed with the selection of quality turf material he offered me. I went with a two tone green with some realistic looking brownish thatch at the bottom. The finished look is a great improvement to my backyard pool area. I'm very picky and somewhat of a perfectionist. The sub-base they installed was flat with no humps and graded perfectly. It was amazing how they went right up to my existing curved landscape edging flawlessly. The seams were minimized and virtually invisible. The over 400 square foot job was completed in one day with his crew of talented installers. I am extremely happy with the pet turf he installed. My dog loves his new play area. Evergreen Tech installed our new artificial turf about 10 months ago. The initial job went great, however, we had concerns about insufficient infill and its potential impact on the warranty of our turf. After a few discussions about what was needed, we were able to sort out the details, and a mutual solution was agreed upon. Then, it was just a matter of getting us on their schedule to do the work. We continued to stay in touch with the company on a regular basis since June 2023 to coordinate a time to have them come by. Responses were always cordial and we were told that there had to be a few sunny days in a row in order to install the material that we were waiting for. Aside from the weather not cooperating, there have been multiple clear, rain-free opportunities in the past seven months for the work to be completed, but it never happened. Aside from weather delays, our requests for getting scheduled for the work were met with excuses. We ultimately had to pay another company to complete the agreed-upon work. A companies integrity should carry through the entire customer experience. From the initial installation to supporting and maintaining the project.

We started the clean up in December including Roof cleaning, House wash, Screen cleaning and other areas. We have a couple waterfall areas covered in moss and other more creepy things - for many years. The cleaning of those areas is a drastic difference. We went from jungle look to clean, fresh and livable. We waited about 8 weeks after the cleaning to do some replanting in the porch areas. We just finished planting a couple weeks ago and everything feels so much better. The attached pics show the front area after... and the back area before with a small area after. I found Ryan to be easy to talk to, concerned on the outcome and conscientious about how everything looked. I felt like he truly wanted a great result as much as we did. As a note - there were a couple issues, plants that died and heavy leaf loss as a result of the cleaning that neither one of us expected as well as some additional work that needed to be done to get things truly clean. I'm giving Ryan & his company 5 stars because he made it right and worked hard to get it done like it was supposed to be. I would certainly recommend him and plan on using him soon for more work I'd like to get done :)

Falling into that category, we kept putting off re-landscaping our mess of a front until we couldn't anymore. As we always do, we began by contacting four landscapers for estimates. Two asked us to tell them what plants we wanted to plant (how would we know!?) and the third never got back to us after our initial meeting. Ignacio came and gave us ideas and immediately sent us some options. We were able to pick and choose from the pictures of plants and trees he felt would work and what fit in with the overall idea we had in mind. He took the stress out of the decision making process while allowing us to feel we weren't turning everything over to him. After a few back and forths he provided a beautiful rendering we could take to our HOA. He was also very quick to supply us with the needed documentation for the HOA approval. They came and in one day they transformed our front yard for a very moderate and fair price. From beginning to end they made a chore I was dreading into a thoroughly enjoyable experience. We can't thank Del Mar Landscaping enough for their professionalism, creativity, and positive attitude! Our neighbors thank them too!
