I appreciated his vigilance because I really don't want to lose my gardenias. He got major bonus points from me because he talked to my two yippy dogs. After a few months of their lawn treatment, my yard starting developing large areas of dead grass. It has only gotten worse and their explanation is that it is a "fungus". I've live in this house for thirty years and never had this happen. The guy who cuts my yard says he has never seen anything like it on a yard that employs a spray service for fertilizer/pest control. Now my yard, which used to be thick and green looks neglected and is dying. I am convinced that whatever they are using is killing it. BTW, you never know who is going to show up to do the bimonthly service. Every time they "treat" the yard it is a different technician. I now have a large mess that I will have pay to get restored as I do not trust these clowns to correct the damage they have inflicted upon my once beautiful lawn. Stay FAR AWAY from Paragon.

This was our first call to get a quote, then we had another company come by and he just walked around the house, no attic inspection, no roof inspection to see where the entry points all were. This other company just asked "what did they quote you?" And went $100 under the Florida wildlife quote, they had no game plan to present. With that, I knew right away Florida Wildlife was the company to go with to handle our situation and trusted to patch up our house. They stayed in great communication the whole time via text, and left no stone unturned. Highly recommend!

He actually recommended waiting a little longer to install the sod because of the recent cold snap since the sod was coming in a bit brown. I really appreciated the honesty and the focus on doing the job right instead of rushing it. Once everything warmed up, his crew came out for delivery and install and knocked it out. They worked hard, did a really clean install, and made sure everything looked great when they finished. They also cleaned up well afterwards, which I always notice on projects like this. Pricing was competitive compared to other quotes we looked at, and overall the experience was smooth from start to finish. Landworx was hired to replace corrugated drainage pipe with hard PVC pipe and install catch basins…read more The crew that did the job did not have the materials they needed to do the job properly. Catch basins were replaced with pop up drains and the PVC joints were not glued nor taped to prevent leakage or separation. I'm starting to have settling and runoff issues that I didn't have before Landworx did the work. Consequently, I will have to dig up the pipes and secure the joints myself, purchase and install catch basins, and repair the settling damage. Worst of all, Anthony said he will make the situation right but that was a month ago with no word yet. Not happy to say the least.

There was one minor issue--the crew didn't arrive on the originally scheduled day (we assumed it was due to thunderstorms), and no one reached out to confirm. But after I called, they were very responsive and got us back on the schedule quickly. When the crew did arrive, they were on time, professional, and efficient. They did a fantastic job with the removals and pruning, took care of a couple of extra tasks, and left our yard immaculate. Not a twig left behind! Twelve days passed, & I requested refund of deposit, to which owner said, no. He even threatened to dump my "materials on lawn". This fictitious contract is missing many legally binding elements for FL; license #, starting date, AND, parent company info. are only three examples. All Florida Fence uses a "contract" that is null. The owner, of both AMZ Services Inc. and All Florida Fence, has used all sorts of excuses for NOT owning up to being a business with integrity. All he has to do, is refund my deposit. Cancel my "contracts". Because All Florida Fence is a fictitious company, both companies are being reported to various agencies. Am working on getting a refund. Do NOT recommend this person nor companies. Buyers beware! Seems to be some sort of scam.
