The folks from Southern NH Pest control came in and treated the property, and we haven't seen a termite since. We signed up for their monitoring program. They put containers with wood that is yummy to termites around the house, and check it a number of times a year for termite activity. If they find any activity, they treat as necessary to ensure the problem does not get into the house. We've been pleased with the service. We had the opportunity to use them one other time when a bee colony managed to get into the wall between our garage and our kids bedroom. You could hear the bees humming in the wall. Our kids were afraid to go into their room. We called Southern NH Pest control and they addressed the problem.

Contacted Pro Pest Control to come investigate the possible cause of some scratching my wife and I…read morewere hearing along the wall separating our bedroom from the outside of the house a few times last week during the night. They immediately responded to our request, and set up an appointment for the following day to perform an inspection. During the inspection, they determined that the noise we heard that we thought was coming from inside the walls may have been an animal scratching the outside of our house, because there were no signs any animals were getting inside the house. We had wildlife traps set up in our house from a previous mouse and squirrel intrusion a couple years ago. The Pro Pest specialist inspected those traps and determined they were still operable and didn't need to be replaced. After his review, he determined that no services were necessary and didn't charge us for his inspection. He could have easily ripped us off and pushed a service on us that wasn't needed, but he didn't. I recommend using Pro Pest Control Service if you want a good, honest service and prompt response time.

The amount I was going to be charged was ridiculous. I ended up having a very large white jacket nest in our playroom ceiling that I needed taken care of ASAP. Rude on the phone and I needed someone that day and I was told, " (my name) you need to work with me here." This was said in a rude voice. When I tried to cancel they wouldn't just cancel and in order to book the consultation I had to give them a bank/credit card . Unfortunately I booked a consultation but then shortly after I spoke to them, I received a phone call from a local long running company in my town who came out right away and didn't charge me anything. I'm definitely worried now because they have my card number. They never officially canceled my appointment. They made the entire experience stressful and complicated.
