They moved out the washer and dryer, ran the machine, diagnosed the problem as a torn front gasket. They will order the part, should be arrive in three business days, then fixed the next! Terry is not punctual, will not call you and let you know he is running late, and does not call…read moreback in a timely fashion. He also doesn't want to work that hard to fix anything. We made an appointment to fix my dishwasher for late Monday morning. Terry showed up at 4:30 pm without notifying me that he would be late. After diagnosing the problem and ordering a part, Terry said he would replace the part Thursday or Friday. Terry did not respond to my phone call Thursday, Friday, or Sunday. On Monday night he called. Terry told me that he had tried to reach me twice but my answering machine must not be working and he had heard century tel was having problems with the phones. I used my phone and received messages without any interruption in service the entire time. Terry said he could replace the part after 1pm on Tuesday. Terry showed up at 6:15 pm without notifying me of any change in time. Terry looked at the dishwasher and said it was going to be too hard to pull out of the kitchen counter to repair. I told him I had installed it and wasn't that difficult He told me I would have to do it and he would return at a later date to install the part. In the same breath he told me he had to cut hay that night. We re-scheduled the appointment for Thursday, July 4th. When told that Thursday was a holiday and would that interfere with him coming, Terry responded, "Well it's a holiday, I like to drink my coffee, I'll see you around 10:30 am." Terry showed up at 4pm without any attempt to contact me. I had tried to reach him on his phone, but was only able to leave a message. It only took me 15 minutes to pull the dishwasher out from underneath the counter. About half of that time was familiarizing myself wish how I had attached/installed it and what I needed to unscrew, and disconnect. Maybe if Terry had a cell phone I would not write this review, but his overall indifference to reasonably accommodate his client shows an insincere attempt to service his client. Unreliable, and Unprofessional.

He cleaned out the clogs and made sure the drum was in round. Offered very good advice on loading the washer to avoid being out of balance. Appointment was easy to make and response time very good. So impressed by the technician and his knowledge. Price? Super affordable for an appliance home visit--$69.99 We have used this company before for our dishwasher and were completely satisfied then.
