I bought my very first motorcycle here more than 10 years ago at their original location and had a…read moredecent experience. They have good pricing and a wide selection of motorcycles. Their salesmen arent pushy and, rarer still, offer a test ride of the motorcycle before purchase (on used bikes at least). Found a nice motorcycle on their site at a great price and decided to trade up. Took out a local loan so I didn't have to deal with having to apply at the dealership. I researched the range of what my bike was worth and called them ahead to set an appointment to evaluate my trade and set my purchase in motion. Came in and was never greeted by the salesperson I spoke to over the phone. They paired me with a guy who didn't even offer his name but asked me to bring the bike around back to get my trade estimate. 20 minutes and some change later they give me a lowball offer on my bike. I was a little insulted at first, but after some introspection on my trade and the price they were offering on the new bike I wanted I decided it was worth it so long as they were willing to haggle. Thankfully we were able to reach a compromise and I was looking forward to taking the bike home. Here's when things went a little south. I had to return to the dealership to complete the purchase about a week later (no fault of theirs, just couldn't complete the purchase on the original day I came in due to time constraints). I told them I ahead of time i was going to arrive in the morning days and also just hours before I had planned to head back out to them. I arrived and was greeted by a service guy who complimented my original bike. Went into the sales room and wandered around looking at the other bikes waiting for someone to help me. 30 minutes later and no one even offered me a "good morning". I found my bike had been set aside apart from the other bikes and marked "sold", temp plates already attached. Texted the sales guy I originally spoke to over the phone but never got a reply. it wasn't until a manager saw me wander by his office that he called me over while he was finishing up another client, and asked me to wait so he could help me next. In the meantime he assigned me yet another salesperson who gathered my paperwork so we could finalize everything. He had my paperwork ready to go in about 5 minutes, but I had to wait another hour until a different manager called me into his office to sign all the paperwork. The original manager had taken in 2 additional clients before he even remembered me. The second manager prepped the final paperwork, I signed them, handed them over the title of my trade, and after a quick handshake was told "congratulations" and handed a "spare key" along with the paperwork I needed to submit to DMV. I asked if they were going to give me the first set of keys and if someone was going to wheel out my bike (it was by other bikes and I did t want to chance it). He said the original keys should be with the bike, and waved me off. I then waited yet another hour until the service guy I had spoken with when I first showed up happened to walk by and asked what bike I ended up buying. I pointed out my new bike and asked if he could get someone to help me roll it out of the showroom floor. He asked who my salesman was, and I told him but added that I didnt even MEET the guy. He was nice enough to roll the bike out for me through the service department so I could finally take it home. I never got the first set of keys, any of the bike's owners documentation, or my original license plates back. Never talked to my original salesperson or manager outside of setting the appointments to look at my trade. Never got a followup call regarding anything on the deal. Oh and they "forgot" to mention that I would need to pay a credit card fee because they took my debit card info to hold the bike. I offered to bring them a check and would take the bike when the funds cleared, but they insisted I just use my debit card. That was additional $200 on the price of the bike (which they ended up halving because I complained about it) I get it, the bike I bought was on clearance and they wanted to move other inventory since all I had left to do was leave them my trade and finish paying for the bike, but they made me feel like total trash after everything was concluded. What should've been a positive experience was soured by all the neglect. Oh and after I got the bike home I removed the rear rack that they were touting was an added benefit to the bike. They put Dell's Powersports on the plastic on the bike's tail. Normally it's an easy fix removing it, but the tailpiece was marred with scratches and some of the fastening screws were missing. Shop Dell's for the price and nothing else. it's more rewarding and a better experience just buying online and having it dropped off at your door. Ive had better experiences just window shopping at other dealerships

First and only motorcycle I bought here…read more My mom and my girlfriend both bought brand new Ninjas from this dealership, so I trusted them. On January 28th, I came in for a $4,999 2021 Iron 883 that turned out to be in rough shape. I was upsold to a "more reliable" 2022 Iron 883 for $6,999, which looked much better, so I bought it. I also paid for ape hangers and a forward control kit. The bike sat for over TWO weeks with almost no updates. At pickup, I was told: * The forward controls wouldn't fit due to an aftermarket peg * The ape hanger install deleted my ABS (and I was only told AFTER the work was done) Within 10 minutes of leaving, the check engine light came on and the speedometer stopped working. Then the bike wouldn't start. I called and was told I'd have to wait days for a tow--even though I had just left. I managed to get it back myself, but on the way the throttle stuck open, which is a serious safety issue. They later said the problems were: * Loose battery terminal * Bad speed sensor * Throttle sticking from excessive spray paint inside the handlebar After multiple attempts and nearly a month without a speedometer, I got the bike back on March 9th--and the throttle is STILL sticking. I reached out again on March 16th about this issue and received no response. I've spoken with the store manager multiple times and was told I'd be "taken care of," but that hasn't happened. I was also promised a solution for the forward controls but have been left with nothing. I cannot recommend this dealership. My family has already stated they will not be returning.
