Then this weekend all the studs on one of my tires broke. Had to replace the hub and the wheel. The tow truck driver who retrieved me from the side of the road at 2 in the morning said I was very lucky and it was clearly a result of being over tightened. Thankfully the shop it was towed to checked the rest of my tires and said they still looked ok.

I needed an extension to clear the exhaust pipe and mount passenger footrests on my 2002 Heritage Softail. He had one set he just got in for another customer. Unknown to me, while I was looking at other things, he called the customer who could not come get it for another week and a half, so the customer let me buy it and Jesse ordered another set for him. All of this was less than it would've cost to replace the wheel. No pressure to spend extra money. However, this is where I'm going from now on for my tires and alignment. Tech said he "forgot" to let me know about it when taking the rim off and only remember to tell me after tire was back on the car. I'm assuming they cross threaded the lugnut while putting it back on the car. No refund or compensation was given for the broken stud. I guess i'm off to another shop to fix my broken stud.

When I got it back I was super happy because it took about 3 weeks and I needed it back. But immediately after I noticed a lot of HUGE issues, car wouldn't accelerate, wouldn't turn off, wouldn't lock or go into park. I had to get it towed in, and they said they'd take a look at it. The receptionist woman was very unfriendly on the phone and in person, which was shocking because most of their other staff seem very polite. When they had it they said they'd fix it in the next week and it took them about 3 more weeks to get it back to me. Then finally I get it back for the second time, and my door dont open from the outside. I emailed them and told them about this issue and I was not rude or anything but I felt like the email I received back was very unfriendly. When I told them about this they told me not to take it to them if I cant trust them with my vehicle, which seems redundant since they are the reason I dont trust them, when I obviously trusted them enough to bring it there and to give them the opportunity to fix whatever mistake was made. I am a young woman and honestly felt a little taken advantage of and or not taken seriously whatsoever. I also received a couple voicemails saying essentially they didn't know what they were doing and they'd never worked on this type of car before (Hyundai Sonata), so Im not sure what "trust" they expect when they treat their costumers like this. They seem to lack a lot of basic costumer service skills and knowledge. They deal with a huge part of peoples lives (their vehicle) and people are bound to be frustrated when stuff is wrong with their car, so if they dont know how to deal with that they just shouldn't.

It eludes me how some comments indicate "fair pricing." I paid over $200 for a diagnostic ($80 for an initial inspection and an additional $119 for a cleanup/secondary inspection) just to identify an oil leak which was part of 4 additional leaks but the former was the lesser of the 4 evils. The issue turned out to be a bad Rear Main Seal which they came back at $4,300 based on 20.3 hours of labor. The explanation was that the engine and transmission both needed to be removed. After spending an afternoon consulting several other reputable shops, the highest quote I received was $2,750. Here's the kicker: On a hunch, I called a dealership to see how close they came to their price. How close? The dealership quoted me $2,901.05 out the door. By the way, all shops confirmed that a full "engine out" procedure is not the industry standard for this seal replacement. And even utilizing the latter method, the highest bid was for 16 hours. And yes, I shared with all shops and the dealership I called that my vehicle is AWD. Quotes for spark plugs ($450+) and O2 sensors ($1,100+) were equally jarring. While I understand shops have overhead, these prices felt like absolute highway robbery compared to market rates for the same OEM parts and repairs. I appreciated Brandon's transparency, communication, and calm demeanor, but I cannot reconcile the costs here. With these prices, I am honestly at a loss at their perfect 5-star reviews. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

The staff are friendly and were very honest with me. It was a great experience. I'll be coming here from now on for all of my tire needs.
