I never saw halos or wings on any of the people who work there so I am assuming they are human variety. And that takes us back to attitude when I walk in there. We ordered 2 scooters and he gave us a very good deal and when one came in with fork lift damage from the distributor, he ordered the part to fix it and then offered to deliver our scooters due to the inconvenience of having to wait for the repair.
