I took my KTM 1190R to Freedom in Grandview; I took mine, which I owned from new, for its 21k…read moreservice. The bike was service was over 2k, including repairs to the rear brake. Got the bike back, and it immediately began throwing repair codes. I took it back, and they cleared the codes and said nothing was wrong. Took the bike, and it made it home. The next time it did the same thing, and for nearly 2 years I kept having to take it back to get it checked because of it throwing codes. I had to leave for a long period, and the bike was stored for 2 years. Came back, and the 1st time I rode it, it started throwing a code, and throttle response kept acting funny. Took it to a different dealer, and they said the only thing they could see was a voltage variation, but not enough to cause the bike to stall. I rode it back to Freedom; they had it for 5 months and said they could not reproduce the issue I described. When I went to pick it up, it would not start. They now say it is the fuel pump, and the brake issue they said they fixed is still there. They also say the whole master cylinder needs to be replaced. They are charging full price for the Fuel Pump and want another 1k for the Brakes. Has anyone with a 1190R had a Experience like this?

We used to go to Reno up until this summer. We have a 2021 Sea Doo Spark Trixx 3 that they have…read morebeen servicing for us. They have been the only people to work on the engine. But this year, they broke our spark plug and tried to charge us $1200 to fix. Now, you might think, that happens sometimes. It 100% will if your service department doesn't put anti-seize on the spark plugs. This thing was so burnt in that we had to drill out the hole and retap the head because it couldn't be removed. We took it out a few days a year the last 2 years and always had summarization done. There's no way the amount of burn in happened in 1 year if they're performing the maintenance they say they are properly. They refuse to take any blame or accountability. Thankfully I'm lucky enough to know a great mechanic who was able to fix this for me. Reno's is very clean inside. I have felt that the sales and parts people have been nice. However, the inability for the business to take any accountability as the only people to work on this jet ski is something I can't understand or give my money to.
