I have never in my life been so disappointed in a business like this one. First as we walked we werent even acknowledged when we finally were he told us he was busy and it would be an hour. We informed him we would wait there he seemed irritated and said fine but its gonna be an hour. After five minutes he decided he was "hungry" and told us we could keep waiting but we could wait outside and kicked us out and the other family waiting!! Mind you he had only been open for an hour!! Needed to get my iPhone 6s plus Screen and charger port repaired. Called around different places and they had the best price in town. Showed up and the technician greeted me right away and explained the different options for repair. I was quoted about 1 hour to complete the job, and I got a call in 45 minutes to pick it up as it was ready and It was good as new again. They even gave me a package deal. I'm super happy with the service and I wouldn't trust anybody else with my cellphone Repair needs! read more

We took a Iphone and an Ipad to this business to be repaired. We were told that the Ipad would be repaired within a few hours, and that the Iphone would be repaired immediately. In regards to the Iphone: A technician at this store stated that he could fix the issue with our screen not working properly. He said it would take him a few moments to fix it. Upon receipt of our phone, the button on the Iphone was now loose, and improperly placed. We took back the Iphone later for further repair. I picked up the Iphone a few days later, and brought it home to my spouse. The Iphone hense was missing its Sim card. I went back to the store to retrieve the sim card. The employee at the counter didn't care that the sim card was missing, or had any concern in regards to my complaint. While I was there, I over heard him talking on the phone with another client whose sim card he also misplaced. This employee made no attempt to help us locate our missing sim card. He actually had a pile of sim cards on his table, and another female employee admitted to just tossing them out in the trash. This is people's personal phone numbers, pictures, and other information on sim cards. I have no idea why this business is handling information that could be private so carelessly. He told me that sim cards were free, when ATT charges $25 for a sim card replacement fee. In regards to our Ipad: He stated that he could fix our screen in a few hours. It has now been two weeks without return of our Ipad. When I stated that I wanted the Ipad back regardless of its condition, he told me that the Ipad was in Stockton. I told him that I didn't authorize that to happen, and that I need the location of the Ipad to pick it up. He wouldn't tell me the location of where my property is at. He later called my fiance to say that the ipad was repaired, however, I don't trust them in that regards at all. I am beyond frustrated with their lack of business skills, and customer service. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone nor ever go back here again. This business is beyond shady. read more

Charles has a lot going on. He doesn't have time for everyone and won't recall stuff. Opens and close when ever he wants he's the owner I believe. It will take time for him to get to you. He looks forward to make money from you and move on. Till this day he still owes me 100. and it's been a yar. Or the codes to unlock my phones. I have moved on from this not my lost its his lost will never make business with this guy again. I'd give a -2 if I could ...so called Charles stole my phone.this person basically takes phones apart and puts good parts on bad phones and sells those phones to make more money ...this is what he did with my iPhone ..it was brand new I just wanted to change it to another service to pay less a month and he took it apart next thing u know the home button doesn't work it took him 3 days to get me a iPhone ..I had to bring in someone else to tell him to give me my phone because he kept making excuses ..I was in there 4 hours waiting the first day ...finally got the iPhone and it's not even the same phone there's so many things wrong w this phone the screen is black like if it's been water damaged the camera doesn't work either.....so I went from a brand new perfect iPhone to a piece of shit ...and I paid 110$ for this !!!he isn't considerate one bit !! The 2nd day I went in he was smoking by his car he said he would have my phone ready at 8pm ..the girl inside said he wasn't there but he was just outside sitting in his car ...I walked up to his car and called his name and him and his friend seen me and he ignored me multiple times then he finally came in and said another bs ass story that's when I had my cousin go in there and he had a totally diff story to tell him !!!!i doubt he cares though I think he pays yelp to remove all the bad reviews cus I doubt I'm only the second bad one ..the 4 hours I was in there atleast 3 people left upset .maybe he does some things right like sell a phone with new parts like the parts from my iPhone I went in there w and that customer is probably happy w their new phone but not me !!
