Jorge did a great job on fixing the display on my phone. He was quick and reasonable in price.

I request a repair through Samsung. This is the closest location. I schedule appointment and they…read moreoffer apt from 6-6:30pm. I came in time but they didn't even take a look at my phone or information about the case. The 1st thing said that they are closing and cant do anything today. So what is the point of offering the appointment when you already know you closing and cant even take a quick look at it or providing any information or fixing solution. All they do is kicking me out of the store and blaming that samsung didnt send them the claim and they are closing. They didnt even ask me what is wrong with my phone or check on my phone or even look at it. They just try to kick me out or having me to approve for them to open the phone completely just to get the options to fix and getting a quote. Then, charging me for labor to make sure they make profit up front. Never come back again

Ok who has the time to read all that on the spot. 1hr and a half later she goes back by herself to pick up her phone and when she does I get an automated text about signing up for a $25 a month plan called Hometech Protection. That part I didn't like due to ME being the main Acc. Holder. I had to go through the process of canceling something that I never agreed to. Besides that the phone is fine.

Overall, I had a pretty good experience with RepairALL. My computer went to sleep one day and then…read morenever woke back up. Being short on time, and patience, to figure it out myself I decided to reach out and RepairALL was quick to offer their services. The good - They offered a free diagnostic and there was no wait time for me to bring in my PC. They had friendly and helpful staff. Their building was easy to locate and their fees were reasonable. Areas for improvement - It took a while for them to properly diagnose and repair my PC. Thankfully, I was not in a rush as I was traveling for work and had a backup PC to meet my needs. If one was in a hurry to get their PC back due to having no other options, I could see where a customer might get upset or impatient. I, personally, am not knocking them down on my review for this as it was not an urgent matter for me and I told them so. It's possible the lengthier timeline for me was due to the fact that I told them it was no rush. I would rather them take their time and do it right than a shoddy rush job. Overall, they did a solid job repairing my PC (typing my review from it right now) and really the only thing I'd suggest for improvement is maybe more proactive communication with the customer. I had to call in for status updates until the PC was fixed and ready for pickup at which point they sent me a text to let me know. I think a few more texts just letting the customer what's going on would likely improve the overall customer experience. I would bring my device(s) back to RepairALL since they repaired my PC and were friendly. If they improve on those little things it could easily be a 5-star experience.

The yelp messaging system used did not give accurate quote and was incorrect on saying the store…read moredoes a free diagnostic. The store associate did not seem to care about this and said "yeah we've had issues with the message system." If the system doesn't work or gives wrong info don't use it because I wasted my time and gas to come to your Modesto location. If the system you use gives a quote and offers service this should be honored at some level.

I brought my vintage Marantz 2265B to Stereo Advisor after purchasing it on Facebook Marketplace…read more The receiver had two known issues when I bought it: the left phono input channel did not work, and the FM tuner was nonfunctional. After researching repair shops that specialize in vintage audio equipment, Stereo Advisor seemed highly recommended, so I drove about two hours each way from Fresno to have the unit serviced. When I dropped the receiver off, I explained the issues in detail and specifically requested a full diagnostic and repair evaluation. I also clearly explained that I work night shift in an ICU and asked to be contacted by email or text only so I would not be woken up during the daytime between shifts. Despite providing both my email and phone number on the intake form, I still received phone calls during the middle of the day while sleeping. A few days later, I was told that several capacitors, relays, and power board components needed replacement, that the FM tuner required repair, and that additional diagnostic work would be needed on the RCA/phono section. I was quoted roughly $500-$600 total including the initial $100 deposit, which I approved. About two weeks later, I received another daytime phone call saying the receiver was ready for pickup. I drove back to Modesto, paid the remaining balance, and was told the receiver had been fully tested and was functioning correctly. Unfortunately, after finally setting up the system at home once my speakers and turntable arrived, I discovered that the exact same issues were still present. The left phono channel still did not work, and the FM tuner still did not function. That was extremely frustrating considering the amount of money spent and the amount of travel involved. While I was given a bag of replaced capacitors and components, the original problems I brought the receiver in for were not resolved. The most disappointing part of the experience was being told the unit had been tested and repaired when the two primary issues remained unchanged. Combined with the repeated disregard for my requested communication preferences, it left me with very little confidence in the overall service experience. Based on my experience, I personally would not return for future vintage audio repairs.
