We were a bit tired going out after an eventful day, so decided to order Indian food to our hotel room. 1) samosa chaat - very yummy and rich . I wish there was a bit more samosa pieces in it. 4/5 2) malai kofta- very rich curry . You could really feel the nuts ! Very tasty . 4.1/5 3) pakora - was pretty standard. Nothing too exciting . 3.7/5 The menu was looking quite promising . We might try out more items next time !

We came 25 minutes before close and they turned us away. Definitely not coming back here.

I came here for the Vegan Prix Fixe menu (Yelp Instagram giveaway winner) The menu was beautifully crafted, with each ingredient combination thought out. Personally, I found the food salty, but others did not. They thought it was perfectly seasoned. Since there was two of us, we got to try the entire menu. My favorite item by far was the butternut squash soup. This creamy, decadent soup was flavorful and comforting. We also ordered the Chicken Tikka as an addition to our meal, and this was my second favorite because I love the flavors and how juicy/tender the meat was. Not only was the food absolutely amazing, but so was the service. Everyone was super attentive and I loved how they explained each dish, even the chef came out. Big shout out to Executive Chef Anand Pokhrel for explaining his thought process of this menu. You can see the passion he has for his food, definitely try out this place!

We went for lunch and tried some new things. We had a new appetizer Golden Prawn they give 6 big size golden fried shrimp with a fresh Ginger & Garlic paste served on top of a garlic Maya sauce. Double Delicious. The 2nd appetizer Was a tried and true veggie Pakora fried balls with carrots, spinach, chickpeas, potatoes, onions, small peas with turmeric and spices. The entree was Chicken Jalfrieze. One amazing dish consisting: Boneless Chicken, onions, peppers (just a tiny bit), green beans, big chunks of cauliflower with sweet chili based tomato sauce. This yummy dish is served with Basmati Rice which is lightly drizzled with baby peas on top. We also had a freshly made Garlic Naan bread. Totally delish!!! Can't wait to go back and try new food.

My partner and I enjoyed the complimentary papadum crackers w chutney, vegetable momo, khasi ko masu (spicy), lamb do-pyaja (medium), nutty coconut naan, and Rupee beer - TASTE: 5/5 - started off great w the selection of green, tamarind, and red onion chutneys and flavorful vegetable momo. The coconut flakes on the naan were so good, added such a nice balance of sweetness. Enjoyed the spice level of the khasi ko masu bone-in goat, but liked the sweet sauce of the lamb even better. The Rupee beer was a light and refreshing complement to the meal TEXTURE: 4/5 - the papadum was addicting, so crisp and easy to devour! The naan was fluffy and perfect for cleaning up the sauces, along w the basmati rice that came w the entrees PRICE: 4/5 - subtotal came out to $58, which I thought was pretty good SERVING SIZE: 4/5 - left stuffed and w a couple boxes of leftovers SERVICE: 4/5 - we walked in at 6pm on a Friday and were immediately seated and served the complimentary papadum crackers! There were only a few tables occupied when we arrived, but the space was full by the time we left, w a regular string of folks coming in and out for takeout orders. Our waiter was kind and attentive ATMOSPHERE: 4/5 - the space was larger than I expected and warmly decorated, w a merch section too! Good for small and large groups, and the plating looked a little elevated PARKING: 5/5 - ample parking in their dedicated lot

My first time coming to this restaurant and I honestly loved the food. The Vegetable samosa and butter Naan was my favorite, but honestly all their food was delicious. I'm really glad I got to meet the 3/4 owners and the creator of Rupee beer! They were all so nice and friendly. Definitely need to give this place a try! Can't wait to come back with my grandpa lol he loves Indian food.

Absolutely delicious food. I came here for a Yelp Elite event and got to try the kashmiri tikki, vegetable samosa, shaag paneer, butter chicken, vegetable rice, and butter naan. Everything was absolutely fantastic. I did have a Rupee beer with my meal. I don't personally like beer, but wanted to try it anyway. I did notice it was much more tolerable than other brands of beer I have had, The service was super friendly, and the restaurant itself was clean and organized.

I absolutely loved this place! The restaurant is very plain looking but the food was absolutely delicious. We tried everything we could on the menu, and I am astounded by how authentic the Nepalese and Indian cuisine was. We ordered so much but I have to make special note of the tandoori shrimp and khaasi ko masu (lamb curry). They were so delicious! I also have to say the service was quick snd the inside of the restaurant was very spacious and clean. There was also plenty of parking. I would 10/10 come again.

When I have dined it, it has been very difficult to get the attention of the servers. They spend a lot of time speaking to Thai people while ignoring others. Ten minutes after receiving my order, on three separate occasions, I had to get up and go to the counter to ask for the sauce or water or the naan bread that they got wrong. I had already asked the waiter for all of that. Other times, I've been given a chicken dish when I asked for shrimp, then had to wait another 15 minutes while it was prepared. No apology, no nothing. Food is sometimes quite good; other times overcooked and not so good. Inconsistent describes it best. Quality varies a lot depending when you go. The managers or owners ‍ have been dismissive when I've mentioned anything about the food. I ordered takeout one time and was sitting there 20 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready. I kept checking and the manager kept saying that it was coming. There was a package on the counter that had been sitting there a while. I asked him directly if it was mine. He FINALLY looked at it and it was. Again, no apology. Cold when I got it home. I called to say so and was told that I could come back if I wanted a new one! I had already waited 20 minutes, it was evening, and they expected me to come back after driving all the way home. I explained that and simply asked for a credit for next time. Really rude. He said that he couldn't do that unless I returned with the food. I had tried the place five times after having problems just like this a couple years before. I told him that I'd never come back again, and that he could keep my money. He just hung up the phone. It's the inattentive and downright surly attitude of the management as much as the food quality that stopped me from going anymore. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Since the bad experiences at AhHa, I have been going to the Turmeric House in Weymouth. Consistently good food and always friendly service!!! I mentioned what had happened at AhHa. The manager laughed and said that many of their customers had the same story and had become good customers. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Turmeric House!!

We had also bought jumbo shrimp from Costco, with heads to be the main course. (Her favorite!) This was an issue. Apparently these were disgusting and needed to be cleaned. There were so many shrimp. I'd slept exactly 1 hours the night b4 because my in-laws were jetlagged and wandering around the house and backyard at 3am. I'd also worked a full day. So I suggested take out for the main. It was unpopular, however there was no way I was letting MIL clean shrimp by herself for hours and no way I was spending the next two hours of my life helping her do it after working a full day and sleeping 1 hour. To give my husband credit, he researched this place extensively. We ordered the saag chicken, which was exceptional. It stood up to the other dishes on the table. (I have not ordered from an Indian restaurant in the Boston area that comes close to how good this spot was. My in-laws would have complained about every other spot. They liked this one.) Instead they thought it was great, and they are so difficult to please. Pray for me, tomorrow I gut perfectly lovely jumbo shrimp for their black vein and remove the head. (My husband is the one who bought these and paid extra for the head. He is doing extensive yard work involving a lot of heavy lifting, otherwise he'd be in charge of this job. I will also not be helping him, as was planned so he will suffer) Suffice it to say, 10/10 would recommend. Planning on adding it to my regular rotation. It will be approved by your Indian in-laws. I've definitely had more authentic Indian food, but this was good quality with a diverse variety of North Indian options. The naans were soft and fluffy, the curries (malai kofta and saag channa) were the right amount of spicy, and the portions were worth the price. I'd recommend coming here if you're craving Indian food and are in the area.
