I went to this business to have a key mad. A simple metal key, no chip nothing fancy. A key to a 90's Ford. The service was fine, no complaints there. But the price, oh my the price! $16 and change, I couldn't believe it! They explained how there is the cost, and labor, and overhead. I left very upset at being gouged, and I mean straight up ripped off. I called a few other Locksmiths in the area, and out of the area. All with brick and morter buildings that I could go to and the results are AM/PM Keys price is $3.75. Payson Lock $4. Bilco Safe and Lock $4. Ace Hardware $2.75. I would say price gouging, ripping off, screwing over is exactly % what happens at this business excessive pricing outrageous WOW!! read more

Called turn-a-key and he said it would be about 40 minutes till he'd get to me. 30 minutes later he's in my alley and took him all of a few minutes to unlock my truck. Jerren runs the best Locksmith business on earth. I messaged Thursday night, he got back to me about 45 minutes later. We scheduled something for the next day. He arrived when he said he would and installed my lock. The lock I bought was defective, so I would need to go buy another one. I told him I'd call Monday to have the new one put in. He said he'd come back the same day so I wouldn't have to go the weekend with a defective lock. He came back and installed the lock and it works very well. He's very professional and polite and goes out of his way to be helpful. I'm so glad I don't have to worry anymore about being in a house without a lockable door. I moved into a new home and needed a new front-door lock set installed as well as having the garage door and front-door keyed alike. Jerren showed up at the scheduled time. He installed the front-door lock set and was a perfectionist about it. Seriously, he adjusted the front handle until it was perfectly placed on the door. He then keyed the garage and made me extra copies of the keys. In addition to that, he took the time to show me how a kwikset smartkey worked. Who takes the time to do that? Can't say enough about the fantastic service we received from Jaren. He was quick to respond to our request for a quote. We scheduled an appt for the next day to come evaluate the door locks we needed fixed and he was right on time. Once it was determined the parts would need to be ordered he let us know that he would do some research on the locks and get back to us with pricing. When he got back to us he was upfront letting us know that locks that are specific to the Anderson doors we have are quite pricey. He then asked for additional information on our doors. A couple days later he called back & let us know he talked to Anderson door company and our doors were actually under warranty and he had ordered our parts!
