Including extracting the broken end of my key and creating a new one from the broken pieces. He then went beyond and oiled the locks on both my house and garage doors, as they were quite hard to unlock. Especially the garage. It's incredible how easy they unbolt now. Plus, he explained how the narrow part of the key helped weaken it, too. He definitely has a forever customer, now! And I certainly plan on spreading word of mouth!
