Rubbish company... look elsewhere…read more I am sure this happens a lot and I am not one to write reviews unless I feel it is warranted. My wife and I used this company in June of 2018. The woman we worked with was a mess and completely disorganized. I saw it as a red flag and should have listened to my guy reaction. From minute one I had a bad feeling. Fast forward to February 2019 and the place we moved into is being sold. I know this happens and know it is unavoidable. My issue was with the agent though, as we had to go back and forth more than I ever had to before with an agent because they could not get their act together. When my wife and I had to handle the situation because the the errors the agent kept making in the documents I again knew we should have backed out and did not. The agent was working 100 miles per house and did not stop to check her work and only cared about the money she was getting for closing this deal. If I could turn back time I would use the agency I loved instead of this one. Flash forward to now and I find it unjust that this company gets a full fee when we will not even be in the place a full year and we had multiple issues with the agent we worked with. Never again

It was a 2-family house and we were also out of state for much of the process. At each step of the way, Brian made my wife and me feel extremely confident that our sale was being handled in a professional manner. A few things really stood out. --Respect: Brian took the time to understand what our goals were and also met us where we were in terms of knowledge. We didn't know much about the process of selling a house, and Brian was able to clearly and kindly walk us through all of our questions. Brian gave us the information and confidence to make informed decisions - we felt empowered in a process that I think can feel overwhelming. --Responsiveness: I honestly don't think it took more than 5 minutes for Brian to respond to a text or email from me or someone else involved with the process. Since the stakes were high, each interaction mattered a lot to us. We didn't have to wonder if he didn't know the answer or didn't care - he would always respond with an answer. He even answered a question when he was on an international vacation. --Industry Contacts: I'm always a little leery of referrals from businesses because they might be getting a kickback or something. The proof was in the pudding, though, on his referrals for closing attorney, photographer, and staging co. All three were excellent and really helped get us a good price. To me, it was an indicator that Brian knew what he was doing. He didn't just refer me to his brother-in-law or Tucker-Knows-Nothing Law Firm. He knew the people that were experts/pros and saved us the stress of having to evaluate each separately. --Competence: In the end, for us selling a house was about getting the price we were hoping to get and a smooth process. Check (and then some) and definitely check. We always felt confident that each issue (staging, photos, listing, open house, negotiation, inspections, random misc things you wouldn't even think of) were being handled properly. Even without the services mentioned above, getting the right outcome with Leopold and Mcmasters would worth the 5 stars. For us, picking an agent to work with was hard because there isn't a lot of info out there. So you just don't know if the person you pick is the right one for the job. I can't speak to anyone else's experience with this company. All I know is that it was the biggest transaction of my life, and I feel really, really fortunate to have worked with Brian and his company.

Sometime it was kind of difficult in getting a response back from her timely, via email, however we always did. She was 100% better then the sellers Attorney...who mumbled, made awful remarks and not professional. Karen was also able to work with our budget and perform the closing on behalf of the bank which brought our cost down even lower. I would highly recommend Karen Shepard for all your real estate lawyer needs!!!

Shane is an absolute Godsend…read more I came on my building's board of trustees to an absolute mess in 2018. We had a property management firm with a name that rhymes with "Parvest" that frankly did nothing but take condo fees - they didn't actually manage anything. We had bad relationships with our vendors, nothing ever got fixed, and everyone in the building was at best confused, at worst outright suspicious about the property management firm and the Board. I knew right away I'd found the right manager when I met Shane in late 2020. He's straight to the point, direct, and fast to respond (first time I called him was over Thanksgiving weekend - he called me back within 30 seconds). When he started in March 2021, he went to work right away. First thing he learned: our building was insolvent due to Parvest's poor management. In plain English, this means we would have been uninsurable and the banks issuing everyone's mortgages would have demanded repayment in full. NOT GOOD. But Shane saved our asses, creating a plan to raise the necessary money - and preparing for what could have been a difficult meeting, which he handled like a champ. He was able to calmly, plainly communicate why condo fees would have to increase. As a board member, I feel he presented this bad news in a mature, understandable way. Additionally, Shane forwent payment for months, until we had enough funds. The man went above and beyond. In my time on the board, I saw Shane handle everything from contractors with dishonest contracts to people with difficult personalities, all with unflappable grace. He can easily dissect condo docs and contracts and has an impeccable grasp on condo law - and can smell a bullshitter a mile away. Random fact: Shane worked on Wall Street before going into property management, and it shows. A year later, we're solvent, we have a reserve, we're paying our bills. We're amending our condo docs to modernize them (they hadn't been updated since 1986) and can start taking on projects and hiring better services. There's still a lot of work to be done, but things are going in the right direction. All in all, I have nothing but good to say about this business. Shane saved our association (and each of our investments) from ruin multiple times over. I'd recommend him to anyone, especially if you're sick of bad management companies that do nothing (doubly so if they rhyme with "Parvest"). 10/10, would hire Dynamic again!
