They gave us a time frame and called before coming. They also pre-provided the plumbers name who would be servicing our home and just some info about him like what his hobbies were. Great personal touch and we felt like we already knew him. There is a level of comfort there. The plumber quickly diagnosed what he needed to do when we told him what happened. He came in and quickly resolved our problem. A very nice polite young man who enjoyed his craft and is very knowledgeable. Lastly their price is VERY FAIR. Not expensive and that is also a plus. While we hope never to call them again, if we needed to we will call Universal Plumbing. Give them a try!

They also replaced my pressure regulator for the high water pressure and the irrigation valves that were leaking. Once done, everything works perfectly and quietly! The family operated Affordable Plumbing company was prompt, respectful, and fair in their price. Not to mention, they stayed late into the evening to make sure what they started working on was done and done correctly. (Over $800) Then they returned on the next Monday to repair the damaged toilet flanges and reinstall the toilets after cutting a hole in my living room ceiling. That they did not repair. At the end of the day they gave me a bill for $1300 for reinstalling the toilets they had ripped out. And the pipe was still not cleaned so it was going to cost an additional $1900 to new clean outs and snake the pipe. this is insane. Do not hire.
