I know they will get up and walk on your back if you ask them to or want them to, but I just found it was not relaxing and the lady was moving her hands way too fast and too hard to be enjoying. One bad experience after another. Cancelled my membership and had 3 unused services still in my account. The membership agreement (contract law) states unused services are available up to 90 days from the date of termination, however, their membership associate, who obviously devoid of any any contract law knowledge, cited a phone conversation, that voided the 90 days from the confirmed cancellation date, and assigned an earlier cancellation date. Bottom line- poorly operated franchise, lacking fundamental skills and service.

I'm sure they did this on purpose so they can make sure to screw you so they can get two charges out of you. Also they tell me if it canceled after the first time I used it I wouldn't have been charged bc it was in the first 30 days of the month and I say I did and I called the third time to cancel within the 30 days and I'm told "we charged you on the 13th even tho we signed up on the 17th and that was our billing day bexcuse when I cancelled in person the FIRST TIME I said to go ahead and charge me two days early because I'm cancelling! The line was silent and then said "I can't prove that was said and there is nothing they can do!"
