The membership agreement (contract law) states unused services are available up to 90 days from the date of termination, however, their membership associate, who obviously devoid of any any contract law knowledge, cited a phone conversation, that voided the 90 days from the confirmed cancellation date, and assigned an earlier cancellation date. Bottom line- poorly operated franchise, lacking fundamental skills and service.

The ladies up front were super sweet and checked us in with no problem! I was a bit nervous as I cannot remember the last time I ever had a facial but I'm so happy that I came across Chrissy! Chrissy is so sweet, professional, knowledgeable, and despite having only 45 minutes with her, she did not rush me at all. I don't know what kind of magic she did on my face but my face feels so much cleaner and brighter. I love how she massages your temples and shoulders too! I felt so at ease with her and the room was very calming, tranquil, and very Zen. I loved the relaxing music and I found myself trying not to fall asleep because it was so peaceful. For 45 minutes, Chrissy did so much!! She cleanse my face, added a pineapple type of mask (my favorite), added some hyaluronic mist, did exfoliation, provided with hot towels, and also a warm, misting fan to enhance the experience.
