BTW I had not yet received the title or the Bill of sale. Just changed my mind. Lupee the salesman suddenly was not so accommodating no reachable. He and his sales manager in fact became very argumentive and condescending. Made sure that I understood that I would be losing thousands of dollars on the trade and would not get any "our the door price" on the bigger car. Funny I am a cash buyer and was willing to come up with thousands more to move up. Was just looking for that same enthusiasm I was given two weeks earlier. Sales manager guy wasn't budging not $5, and said i should just do busniess in my home town then proceeded to hang up on me! The OWNER called me to confirm that I would loose thousands on my brand new car that I bought from them two weeks earlier and I would pay full sticker price for the upgrade! I asked him to explain the price of the car,kid you not,he couldn't! He told ke he did not have that information! He knew absolutely nothing about the Car and the different models! Typical crooked car dealer. Slimmy in every word he spoke. Mind he called me! And he had no knowledge about the car wanted to trade for!!! All he knew was that he was not coming down $5 and I was losing money all the way around. But Mr. Turner will just get richer and me the little person gets the car dealer screw job that we all know very well. Montrose Mr.Turner and his clown show will never do the right thing,ever so do your research and find a decent company to work with even if it means you have to travel a little. This dealership has no integrity, just a bunch of crooks...​​​​

    If you want to be robbed, go to Turner Automotive…read more The service manager Carlton Mason charged me just shy of $2600 for a water pump replacement when I supplied the new water pump; $2393.60 of labor to "diagnose" the issue. I am a single mom and my retired parents had to front me the money to pick up my car after he suggested I take out a loan through their dealership to pay for it all. On top of that, he told me he would be there when I arrived to pick it up and purposefully locked the car in the service bay and turned his phone off and left work. I had to get the sales team to get it out of the bay. After driving for two hours and paying almost $2600. Now, of course, Turner Automotive shunned me and wouldn't answer my calls until I blasted them all over community message boards on Facebook. They then offered to deduct $200 and some changed off the labor costs. I didn't even respond to their follow up text messages about a week later after then service date / Facebook posts, as it was an insulting and an egregiously small discount; the national standards set by the automotive industry are a fraction of the costs for that type of labor. My car has been making weird noises since I got it back from them but I don't have the funds to get that diagnosed and, frankly, I have PTSD about dealerships / mechanic work from this entire experience. Would not recommend these guys to anyone under any circumstances - better to get your high school neighbor to tinker on your car than bring it to Turner Auto. I also would like to note that this occurred in Feb of 2025 and I am still getting Facebook friend requests and LinkedIn notifications from employees at Turner Auto. Downright creepy!

    Absolutely the laziest sells representatives I've ever encountered not to mention most likely the…read morebiggest lyres I've ever encountered.. They have zero communication skills nor ability to barter for a giving vehicle they're representing.. I almost believe You Sell Auto literally means the buyer actually dose all the work, unfortunately I didn't figure that out till latter.. Upon arriving to their fine dealership which be wary they are not and I say are not a member of The Better Business Bureau aka BBB.. anyway no one bothered to greet us on the lot, not that I need a greeting yet I had to go into the office and round one of the apparently 2 Employees.. I was told in a reply to an email when I complained about the poor communication I was receiving that they were Extremely busy and short handed.. let me tell you, the two and one half hours we were there all we saw was the lot guy washing cars.. Anyway long story short, the young lady in the office asked me which Trailer I was interested in, I told her the drown one not realizing they had more then one brown trailer on the lot, poor girl had to go back into the air conditioned office she had to tear herself away from to get the keys for the Turtleback trailer, upon her return she handed me the key saying it's on Consignment... We looked this Turtleback trailer over good, I'm guessing 2.5 hrs, inside, outside top and bottom.. our lovely sales representative must of been very busy as she never returned... keep in mind we traveled 187 miles, passed through 8 road rechipping zones and 4.5 hours from a cool mountain town of 70 degrees to the sterling hot 93 degrees Montrose... Upon reentering the office I asked the young lady if they were taking offers on the trailer, she said yes, great I gave her an offer with our phone number to no avail. 3 hours later a rather large window I would have expected a phone call from you guessed it You Sell Auto.. Evidently the do nothing staff at You Sell Auto lived up to my expectations, that's right Nothing absolutely nothing... I followed this trailer on their lot for 4 weeks, originally contacting them when their Craigslist add was 2 hours old.. the next day receiving a reply to which I replied can I get more information please as in the CL add they used the words "and more" in the description.. I asked for photos of more along with a description of more... no reply at all.. so I shot them a low ball offer not knowing what "more" actually was... to which I got a quick reply of I'll check with the seller... some time later I got my reply and I mean at least one day or more.. with an asking price of $33,500 the reply was $33,000... oh boy now we're talking $500 off the asking price.. at this point I'm one week into this mess and I declined... this was on a Thursday, on Tuesday the following week the price came down $3000... now we're talking, I called them up and asked about financing or maybe I texted who know who cares cus they certainly didn't... any way they don't offer financing on RV's.. no problem I contacted my lender and in 15 minutes was approved for up to $34,xxx... I texted back to the woman who took over for the other woman cus you guessed it I complained I was getting no were with the other... guess what I got when I texted and said I've got financing can you send me more information and photos... I got nothing!not a reply nothing.. Zero not a thing not even more or less.. Of course this was of no surprise as I had been contacted by a guy via my email I send a week or so earlier replying to my complaint of poor service, guess what he offered? More poor service... I guess money don't talk at You Sell Cars... even showing up in person didn't work nor did a letter to the dealer asking them if they would be interested in my shopping experience... and of course a call to the owner got me no where either... I feel for the poor guy who owned or owns the trailer as I would guess along with his $49.95 to consign the trailer a big fat commission will be due upon selling the trailer for which they tell me it's sold even though it's still listed on their web sight with them showing an interest I another offer from an anomalous source, my wife's name and phone number.. of course they did mention pending financing for another buyer.. gee it's been over 7 days I hope the guy can get his finances in order soon.. Buyer and Seller's BEWARE of You Sell Automotive as you my get the runaround like I did... Now you ask your self would I still buy the trailer from them? Hell ya I've been trying for 5 weeks now I'm financed... but with no reply to my inquiry yesterday and a bent out of shape woman on the phone today...
