Ms. V. and her staff are extremely patient and attentive. They are enthusiastic and do an outstanding job of redirecting, assisting, and adjusting their instruction to each child. Through the many years since, we have always found this to be a very friendly, professional, well run gym. Dave Evasew and Michelle Elbin, the owners, are friendly, approachable, enthusiastic and receptive. The coaches have all been excellent, and our child has gained both confidence and skill under their instruction. What is nice is that if you have a child interested in dance and a child interested in gymnastics, they can both attend classes, often simultaneously, and there are multiple family member discounts. I can't say about the dance program as dearest child has not taken any classes.

I felt dismissed, spoken to in a condescending manner, and there was little empathy or professionalism when I raised a concern. It was clear that respectful communication with parents was not a priority. Another concern was seeing counselors on their cell phones during pickup instead of actively supervising the children. As a parent, it was unsettling to see staff distracted rather than focused on the kids in their care. Good customer service and child supervision should be fundamental expectations for any camp. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling disrespected and without confidence in the level of care being provided. I hope the center takes this feedback seriously and improves both its customer service and staff professionalism.

A group of parents acted aggressively due to my disability. One of them berated me. She and a staff member soon denigrated me and my disability for about 10 minutes in my hearing. Later the owner called and sided with the aggressive parents. It IS ok to prevent a disabled parent from entering the viewing room even though the other class was done and the parents had no reason to stay except to keep me out. Aggression and bullying lead to isolation in girls. Isolation in girls leads to sexual predation. Send your daughters to a place that will teach them gymnastics, not bullying.

It was well worth the cost for me! The main con I had was that the women's locker room was disgusting. The moment you walked in, you could immediately smell the urine. It was awful, I would hold my breath every time. The showers were also gross and had very weak water pressure. The entire 2 months of my swim classes, the machine to dry your swimsuit was broken until the very last day of my class it worked again.

I took a recent four-class workshop series at at Ploome in Northern Liberties, but MoDe runs regular Saturday practices out of the Upper Merion gymnastics studio in King of Prussia. Lex and Erin are patient, yet critical. I'd say the instruction follows more of a gymnastics or dance class vibe than a yoga practice. Classes begin with a quick warm up to introduce you to basic postures you'll use for the rest of the class. Within a few minutes you'll be flying with Lex as a base which is a killer core workout, or basing with Erin as a flyer in which case your core, legs and arms will be trembling by the end of class. Flying is joyous, basing will make you feel strong and awesome. Either way, you learn to keep your entire body engaged, and this is what really has impacted my yoga practice for the better. Plus, the learning curve is steep, and the class is ridiculously fun. Highly recommended!

The prices are outrageous at $45 a month and 15$ for a day pass…read more They have no respect for their customers, for one time I was there on Sunday until 6pm and they made me leave because immediately it was closing time. Their basketball courts are never open because they always reserve them for volleyball players. All the equipment is very faulty and doesn't work. The weights are cheap rubber and are not accurate to their true numbers. The employees vacuum while you're working out. The owner is so dirt cheap he doesn't turn on the ac and it's frigid in the gym. They never change the water filter and there is gum in the water fountain. I recommend going to kinetix instead.
