No one wants to be a patient but if you have to be, go to this hospital. They'll treat you right.

And should have 0 contact with patients. He has been rude, condescending, disrespectful and dismissive since my first day here. I have been in the hospital for seven days and for seven days he has made me feel worthless and unheard. He has no business being a doctor or working with people. He should not have any medical license whatsoever he needs to go back to wherever he came from and work there whoever gave him a medical license needs to have their medical license taken Discharging a patient while their white blood cell count is over 17 and their blood pressure continuously tanks multiples times a day is the craziest thing in the world And telling them that the reason their white blood cell count is high is because they're on antibiotics is also the craziest thing I have ever heard I've met a pile of rocks smarter than him. Do yourself a favor if you get admitted, do not have him on your medical team. As for the nurses, LPNs and PCA on three north, they are absolutely fabulous. They go above and beyond for their patients. They were nothing but wonderful to me! Thank you to them for all the love and care they gave me. I've always been followed up with after my my appointments and checked on if I emulate to one. The overall quality of care is 10 out of 10 and I've always recommended this location to my other veteran friends. They definitely take care of you and they care about the health and welfare of their veterans.

From the front desk volunteers, to those whom volunteer their time to give us solo veterans a ride to medical procedures. And many of the doctors, physical therapist, and of course the reason I am finally writing. Both Sharon and Tara in the pharmacy were phenomenal yesterday. I was having a great deal of anxiety and my depression was at an all time high and they were both so helpful and kind to me. This wonderful gesture led the way, for me to have, a great rest of the day. Thank you ladies for giving me the mental hug that I needed in that moment.

Now, I come home to a letter in the mail from a debt collector stating that I owe $100+. Again! I HAVE MEDICAL INSURANCE!!!! I will not be coming here ever again! Went here three weeks ago in severe pain due to a sinus infection. I had green snot and blood…read morecoming out of my nose and had been running fevers. The Nurse Practitioner refused to give me antibiotics, insisting my issue was viral. She told me to go home and use a Neti Pot and a humidifier. I did exactly that and only got worse. Went in again tonight. Another Nurse Practitioner. She wanted to know why I didn't follow up with my GP. My GP is an hour from me and I cannot drive due to the dizziness of this infection. She scolded me about this as if she were a school nurse (I am a 50-year-old woman) and resisted the idea of giving me antibiotics. This one told me to use a decongestant to dry myself up, contradicting the previous instructions to use a humidifier and a Neti pot. I explained that I have been living on OTC decongestants and antihistamines, as well as prescription pain killers, which don't help. The entire left side of my face was in severe pain, my teeth hurt as if someone was hammering nails into my jaw. The green snot and blood has only increased -- and she wants to send me home without antibiotics? I emphasized the pain I was in and she said: "I'll give them to you...this time." as if I were some drug addict looking for a fix. Are antibiotics the new recreational drug of choice? What gives? Why are these women so against giving proper treatment for what is so clearly an infection? One shouldn't have to beg for antibiotics!
