Have a Honda riding mower that won't start. Called this shop providing tractor model number and he…read moresaid "bring it but won't be able to look it for a week". Brought it in and he looked at and said he don't have time to work on it as this is a big job. His recommendation was " fix it yourself" swore at me walking away?! Dear Scott, your shop should be named "Fix it yourself". You can't treat customers like this. If you don't want to work on something that requires more that 4 bolts dissemble let people know in advance. I travel 30 miles roundtrip to be swore at and told to fix it myself?! Outrageous! Pathetic customer service!!! I won't trust you with a toy lawnmower. The place looked like a graveyard for lawnmowers rather than a service. Think twice before you drop your equipment.

Good selection of cars but Customer Service is just horrible. There is a guy name Tony who handles…read morethe counter and he is like an open book. He just doesn't have definite answer to anything. Whenever you ask him something, his answer is that he doesn't know what the definite answer is and he always has to consult his boss. The bad part is that whenever you have to talk to his boss (the owner), there is 99.99% chance that the boss is either on road or somewhere in Boston or something so you don't have any choice but to get mad at them. Also, about delivery, you can't schedule the delivery....they will call you when they think it is OK to deliver the car. They decide what day/time they're going to deliver. Bad part about delivery is that they will call you the morning they are going to deliver and notify you about the time... Good luck. FYI: Be careful with that guy Tony as he likes to eat his own booger (I once caught him red-handed). So, any paperwork that has to be done, make sure his hands are clean

I agree with the previous reviewer about this guy Tony, he is rude, in your face, and makes me want…read moreto get my car and get far away from there fast, and NEVER SEND ANYONE I KNOW TO CITY LINE. The selection of cars is great and many need verrryyy little work to be perfect, but tony's attitude is unacceptable. Theres this other guy named John who works there who is friendly, easy going, and helpful however, try to deal with him if possible. Before you take the car off the lot it has to be inspected by someone licensed to do all the salvage paperwork and whatnot so you can register the car, they reccomend this guy "paul", the business card just says "paul" which seemed sketchy at first but after speaking with him I found that he was a true professional. Polite, to the point, informative and did not talk in circles at all.

My family has been going here for years, and none of us have any complaints about it. I've had…read moregreat service with Lance the owner as well as Greg (and others, but I forget what their names were. In short, I'd feel good about having any of the employees here help me.) When I got a flat tire a few years ago, they put the donut tire on for me and because I had to get a new tire put on that day and they couldn't replace it that day because they had to order the tire, and therefore I had to drive to the bigger tire place in Nashua, they didn't even charge me. Recently, (thanks to NH's potholes,) I got another flat tire, and after the technicains assessed all 4 tires, Greg gave me honest advice about how the tire that went flat needed to be replaced because the hole is in the side, and also one of the others should be replaced because it has a big divet (sp?) on the sidewall so a bad enough dip into a pothole could easily cause it to go flat as well. He also let me know the other two tires have divets as well, but rather than telling me they for sure need to be replaced, he was honest and let me know that the pothole damage to those was more than superficial, but not alarming, so it's up to me if I wanted to get them replaced. That's the kind of service you get here: they are well aware that car repairs and tires are expensive as it is and a big expense for most people, so they don't try to squeeze as much money out of you as they can, they let you know the facts and they only push you to get work done when and if not getting the work done is going to be putting you in danger of getting stranded with a flat, breaking down, etc. Overall: very friendly, very helpful, they're looking to give you good service rather than charging you as much as they can, absolutely no notes
