I think Michael is a good guy and appreciate his services on my vehicle but I don't agree with the pricing. I believe it's really on the high end at this shop. They fixed my car and I appreciate that and I paid quite a penny for it to be fixed when I paid less for more work. It took them a couple days to diagnosis the problem I was hoping that would bring the price down a bit but it didn't no worries I'm not mad at all. What really got to me was I asked for a tune up on my vehicle and they were going to charge me about $3000. I couldn't even fathom that price it was absolutely utterly ridiculous. OK, so this place is near my office and I give it a shot once for an oil change and they did a pretty good job. I've since been there for tires, alignment, and more oil changes, and I'm always happy with the service and the value. One thing they really do differently is they give you a great warranty/guarantee on the tires you purchase from them. As long as you keep them rotated and aligned, they will really take care of you if they get damaged by road hazards. It's the best warranty I've seen as far as tires go. The other thing I like about their services... they offer text reminders of when services are due, and you can make appointments online. read more

Called them on a Saturday in a minor panic due to my gas tank leaking, but they were more than open to having my car towed there to be looked at, with the assumption I wouldn't hear from them until Monday the earliest. To my surprise I got a call later that day after they conducted an initial inspection letting me know they had to drop the tank and what the cost for a deeper inspection would be. loves the openness and honesty here. Once they found the problem they worked with me and allowed me to supply them with the needed parts for the fix, and got me back into my car the following Saturday! Mike, the owner was very flexible with my walk in appointment on 11/20/24. I had to get a state inspection on my new Honda HR-V 2025. Unfortunately, the salesperson, Leo at Atamian Honda dealership failed to communicate with me the duration (one week after getting the car plates to register my car as state inspection is mandatory in all states) when I texted him on my question. I needed to get a new registration for my new car as I traded in my old Honda Fit 2010 (over 14 yrs old) for my upgraded car. Mike was very accommodating to my request. I waited maybe 1 hour. This place is a complete scam. I took my car in for an inspection and they estimated me over $4,000 worth of random work I "needed." They failed my vehicle, and when I asked what I failed it for, they couldn't give me a straight answer. They kept telling me the numerous things I needed fixed. I continued asking, "what specifically caused me to fail?" They stated, "your tires and your serpentine belt." First of all, you cannot fail a state inspection for a serpentine belt. This was a complete lie. I kept asking if the serpentine belt was a requirement on the state inspection and they said yes, when, in fact, it is not. They took advantage of me being a female and tried to harass me into thousands of dollars of work I did not need done. I paid them the $25 inspection fee and took my car somewhere else, where it passed. I told the new place about my experience with Certified Automotive Solutions and the shop owner said, "oh yeah, that place is a scam." Do not go here by any means. read more

I've had this car for 3 years and nothing but problems with the service dept. It took me 2 days and 3 phone calls to get an appt. And no one calls you back. You make an appt and still have to wait 30 to 40 minutes for an advisor so what is the point of the scheduled appt? I also bought the prepaid service plan and they are always upselling service me on service not included in the plan. I've had many years of service at Volvo and Cadillac and have never seen anything like this in my life. My lease is up and I don't be back. read more

Every thing looked good, but I asked them to check the tires because the tire light was on, nothing was done about it. 3 of the tires had 26.psi. 1was at 36. So I went to a gas station and, put air in the tires, and they're all good now. Light is out. That was the only thing that I had a problem with. Usually this car shop is pretty good. read more

All was great until I started to drive the car, the mechanic had re-balanced my tires as well however at highway speeds the car shook like crazy. I called Mike and he said to bring it back so I did when I arrived I was dismissed by his snotty nephew who refused to look at my car again so I took my business elsewhere to resolve the issue, that was a few weeks ago. Today I went to drive my car and what do you know one of the brake calipers was falling off as one of the bolts is missing! I went here for the first (and last) time for an inspection. I am aware people in my demographics are often taken advantage of in this area, but came here because the reviews said this place was honest and other young women had good experiences here. My car had not been having issues, so I was expecting to pass my inspection. Instead, a little over $1700 of repairs were recommended. I declined all of the repairs, except they said they did not want to put the cabin filter back in because it was so dirty. I agreed to replacing it because it was only a $40 charge. When I came back to pick up my car they showed me a nasty cabin filter, and told me it was the one they took out of my car. I failed my inspection and brought my car elsewhere (the place I normally do). The only thing that needed to be changed when I got a second opinion? The cabin filter. I broke down literally in front of this garage and knew it was my alternator as it drained my battery while driving. good luck to literally break down in front of a garage bad luck getting Service as the alternator repair was $926 which is very very high compared to other garages I was charged almost $600 just for the alternator, 317 for labor and $40 for supplies? it was done quickly and I appreciated that for my Chevy pick up but over 900 is ridiculous for an alternator replacement. alternators cost one $175-$240 max for that truck. operating a business with overhead is understandable and making a profit is understandable, but it's not necessary to gouge people. Was told it would be an hour wait it was 3 hours to get a sticker. 3hours later they failed it because the headlight was too bright. That's not a typo the headlight works the bulb is new. They said it's too bright. It is the correct light for the make and model. Then they charged me full price and not even a rejection sticker. I left before I did something I would regret. I am so impressed by the Owner Mike, his team, the customer service they provide, and the results on my car. I personally am not well versed in car repairs and parts, but many months back i noticed that my car was making weird noises and struggling to accelerate efficiently. I had a recall notice and brought it to my dealership, who warned me about a crack in my transmission and advised me to get work done. Well.
