Northwest Auto Glass (NWAG) was responsive, respectful, affordable, available, flexible, and high quality. I asked for a quote on Yelp for a windshield replacement and a few businesses responded, but NWAG had the best price, by far (probably about 2/3 to 1/2 the price others quoted). They also were willing to communicate with me entirely over Yelp messages, which was very convenient for me with my hectic lifestyle. When my washing machine broke and I needed to get a new one on the day I had originally scheduled for my windshield, NWAG had no problem rescheduling me for another day out (and, again, we did this all through Yelp messages). My husband took the car into the shop. He said that everyone at NWAG was friendly and communicative. Also, they did fantastic work. I think the new windshield is a used windshield only because it had some other car's oil change sticker still on it, but otherwise it's smooth and shiny like new, and.is perfectly installed! NWAG is also going to replace the entire passenger door mirror unit for me. The previous owner of this car hit something and tore the entire mirror off the car. NWAG is going to get an entire unit and install it for me (including hooking up it's power adjustment to the car's wiring, all for about the same price I paid for the new windshield. Wow! Wow... Called this place today and got in right away to repair my back driver's side window on my truck. (vandalism)... I had purchased a replacement window from Spaldings, but found out I could have gotten a new one from NW Auto glass, (that he had in stock) for about $6.00 cheaper! lol... They completed my job 20 min. sooner than what they thought it would take. (1 hour). Not only that, they even vaccumed all the broken glass inside. What was really great, were the 3 different employees I talked to. Very kind, understanding and considerate. Their shop is imaculante with all the comforts. This is an extremely reasonably priced auto glass replacement choice. The quality of their installation windsheild is great on my older vehicle. The people were kind and considerate in their customer service skills and the interior had a large immaculate waiting room with a fresh water machine as well as individual coffee making supplies. There was a large screen TV available as well as an immaculate large restroom extension. NW Auto Glass found me a used window from my same year, make and model as my car and replaced it for a little over $100 after tax. Needed to have the windshield replaced so found NWAG listed on a Google search. They seemed highly rated, so thought I would give them a chance. Glad I did! Their prices were very reasonable and they did a great job. At the time I was at the shop, I asked about them about doing a headlight restoration which they advertise at their web site. Sergey was very apologetic but apparently they had run out of materials for the restoration. No big deal as it was a last minute thought to have it done. Even so, they still polished the headlight lenses at no cost to me, which I thought was very nice. We live in Los Angeles but our daughter goes to school in Spokane and this morning she came out to her car to find the side window was smashed in. I was directed to Safelite by my insurance company and A) it's next to impossible to reach anyone at this company on the phone and B) when I finally did get someone on the phone, I was told that they were booked up and I'd have to schedule an appointment for tomorrow. I found NorthWest Auto Glass online so I called and Sergey the owner answered the phone right away, he gave me a quote and told me to have our daughter bring the car in right away. She dropped it off and headed back to school and within 2-3 hours, the car was done! She went back to pick it up and found that all of the broken glass inside the car had been cleaned up! What a relief and what great service! I told my daughter I was going to leave a review and she said "...and they were really nice when I was there too?" i do not really write reviews but this time i make an exception. i tried to go through 2 national companies to get the back glass on my 1989 ford bronco replaced as i was an idiot and broke it. one company had the wrong glass and poor communication and the other wanted me to replace the whole mech. (guts). well i knew the insides we good and as i pass this company all the time of francis i figured "wth". i pulled in and went into a very clean waiting room and sergey (i probably spelled his name wrong). i told him what i wanted and we went out and looked at the door. he listened and explained what he could do and then hes asked me when i needed it done (keep in mine this was about 1130 am) i told him anytime and he told me he could possibly have it done by 3pm! wait!!!! what??? lol. i agreed and left the truck there, skeptical. 308 pm i get the call it is done..... ok... when i got there he explained what he did and the problems involved, no wire for the heated glass, bushing and the need for the "sweep" that protects the glass. it was more for information which was awesome as i already knew of some of it he let me know all he saw. we looked the window over and rolled it down and up a few times and it was better than new! his price was right on and no hidden bs as i see from others. i looked further into this company and saw no complaints, kinds shocking as all companies have some complaints but not them with 20+ years in business. if needed, we will be back!!!!!!! thank you serg and nw auto glass, you have a customer for life!!!!!! read more
