The office is expanding into a larger space and that doesn't surprise me because they are that good. Their tools were extremely modern. Everyone is very nice, works well together, and on time. Based on that information, we agreed to proceed. Weeks later, I found out the insurance did not fully cover the services, and now I owe $152. This is frustrating because I relied on the information provided by the office before authorizing treatment. I understand that insurance claims can be unpredictable, but if coverage cannot be confirmed, patients should be told that clearly instead of being reassured that everything is covered. Accurate communication about costs is important so families can make informed decisions. I hope the office improves its insurance verification process to prevent this from happening to other patients.
