Everything was awesome, so I'm glad we got the tasting menu to try many of the menu items. At the end, we had enough food that I had breakfast in the morning from the leftovers. The service was excellent, the staff were always on point to change your dishes and utensils at the right pacing, often refolded our napkins without us even noticing, the staff are knowledgeable in helping you choose what to order and importantly preventing you from ordering too much, which we almost did! Our waiter was awesome, I wish we caught his name. The only slight nit is that my water glass wasn't refilled frequently, but everything was already above and beyond my expectations. One tip I would suggest if you are going with a few people is to figure out which dishes are not on the tasting menu so that you can opt to order fewer tasting menu courses and instead order a few dishes not on the tasting menu. So many items stood out, it's hard to keep track. For those who aren't familiar Tabbouleh is a Levantine salad made primarily of finely chopped parsley, bulgur wheat, tomatoes, mint, and onion, seasoned with olive oil and lemon juice. It is traditionally served cold and is a popular dish in Middle Eastern cuisine. It's actually one of my favorite foods--when prepared right. Unfortunately due to the spraying and farming practices in the states I stopped being able to tolerate wheat products. However, it's been said that in Mexico the wheat is not so highly processed, so I am trying out the theory. Later: I had no reaction to this grain.
