    Green chilaquiles and hashbrown "omelette."

Such an inventive menu and a treasure in Tijuana, whether you're vegan or not! They use fresh and delicious ingredients. They don't use commercial plant-based fake meats, they have really delicious and creative natural options. I should ask our server's name next time - I've only eaten here three times, each at least a year apart, and he always remembers me! The chickpea ceviche is a fresh and delicious favorite.

Ok this little vegan gem was somewhat difficult to find.. but I'm horrible with directions however I'm so happy i didn't give up. It's the cutest quaint little place with a pet friendly patio dining area. I was fortunate to get a waiter that spoke great English. He explained some of the menu items to me and how everything was vegan. I started with nopales y chaperones soup. For my main dish i had chili quilled with 1/2 red sauce and 1/2 green which he recommended. For my drink i had a guava juice. Everything came out fresh and hot and was delicious. The waiter checked in on me making sure i didn't need anything. This place is 5 stars and beyond affordable. I will go here anytime I'm in tj there are so many dishes on the menu i want to try.

So grateful for this place. We came to Tijuana on a Friday morning and really wanted some vegan breakfast, Tury's has been a life safer! We asked for recommendations and were not disappointed, definitely try the mojito kombucha!! I craved something sweet so I decided to go for the pancakes, my husband got the the eggplant burger with a side of greens. Fresh and well arranged on the plate. We really liked the open concept of the kitchen and the fusion between Mexican and American food, it was absolutely on point and I think still very authentic. Our waiter was so lovely and welcoming and fluent in English! Will come back if we're in Tijuana again!

I could eat here everyday, every meal if I lived here! My husband likes it here too. I had the chilaquiles with a side of machaca. The chips were freshly made, the soaked in the red and green sauce very well. The machaca very flavorfull, not dry or hard like other places I've had. My husband had the pancakes, finished every last bite! He was surprised it was vegan, pancakes very light and fluffy topped with fresh fruit. As fresh as it gets! Highly recommend.

Delicious food! Mages me contemplate being a vegan if food can still be that yummy. Ordered food I hadn't tried before and it did not disappoint.

The food is excellent. The food is very fresh the restaurant is very Covid-19 prevent. As you can see they are taking this very seriously as a travel from here to the US as you can see they're not as strict in the US as they are Mexico. So we must respect their wishes in Mexico

Whenever I come to Tijuana I have to stop at Tury's! The BLT is so yummy! The service is always amazing! We also like buying the packaged vegan meat. Machaca and birria is really good!

This place is a must when in TJ! We had the soup of the day which was what my soul needed! so flavorful, the ceviche tostada made with cauliflower and packed with such refreshing flavors, the hashbrown omelette which almost felt like a regular omelette and it was nicely filling and the green chilaquiles with the mexican tofu scramble which was also outstanding in flavor and presentation. Service and cleanliness were amazing plus everything came out promptly. Overall great place and I will be back! Thank you.

This is an awesome place with great food. Love the open kitchen that allows you to see how your food is being cooked. I came here today with my family, none of them are vegan except for my husband and everyone was so impressed with how delicious and flavorful everything was. It tasted fresh and for the most part really healthy. It was great being able to find a spot in TJ that we will become regulars at whenever we come.

This 100% vegan spot has delicious breakfast, we got there at 9am but they open at 10am. Once we got seats I got the hash brown omelette, it was scrumptious. My girl got the soyrizo bagel and it was great. My parents both got bowls and their only tip is to serve it with some type of salsa on the side but overall very good. We also got two orders of the pancakes for 4 people and they were also delicious and filling. Great place for breakfast!

So happy I came to eat here today! Loved everything from the philly cheese steak, to the garbanzo ceviche and sopita de lentejas! It was also super awesome they had kombucha! I had the tamarindo and pina ($4) flavor and they were both so gooood. They are definitely a lot more refreshing and tasted a lot more natural then the states kombucha! What I liked the most is they use little to no soy in their menu items! Which is great since back in LA a lot of vegan restaurants use soy :-( I also bought a conchita and omg I was so happy have a concha again!! All in all, this place has to be on your list of vegan restaurants to go to in Tijuana!!

    Pozole verde only on Saturday's.

Our server who was also the Manager of the restaurant was sincere, genuine, & provided us with the most incredible service. Forgive me as i am not 100% certain his name was Alfredo (or Alberto; lo siento). The double cheeseburger was good, not exceptional. The texture & flavor; delicious. I'm not certain that with all the cheese, the type of bun used, & the "meat" combine well. Conclusion is that the entire experience of trying to eat it as if it was a "cheeseburger" didn't really happen well. Again, it was still good. It just became a fork & knife meal. The Italian sub be mindful is served hot. We did not know that (prolly our fault for not reading it). Nevertheless I can assure you it would not have stopped me from ordering it! IT WAS INCREDIBLE!!! It literally brought me back to a most incredible Italian sub that I used to order. O.M.G. It really was done right. The Cesar salad! Yes. Second best Cesar salad I've ever had. The dressing was incredible. I did forget to mention it was actually a "chicken" Cesar salad & the chicken was done exceptionally well! Side note: last time we were there we had sweet potato & regular fries, a cheese pizza, the chicken cheeseburger, & something else I can't remember at this time. We have almost tried the entire menu. One more trip over there & we will make it happen. Also, the cocktails are so tasty delicious. A significant amount of classic Mexican cocktails for your drinking pleasure. Oh yea, the kombucha too (& that's coming from someone who only liked Big Mountain Kombucha; until now). Thanks Team Gardeno. See you soon.

Everything was awesome, so I'm glad we got the tasting menu to try many of the menu items. At the end, we had enough food that I had breakfast in the morning from the leftovers. The service was excellent, the staff were always on point to change your dishes and utensils at the right pacing, often refolded our napkins without us even noticing, the staff are knowledgeable in helping you choose what to order and importantly preventing you from ordering too much, which we almost did! Our waiter was awesome, I wish we caught his name. The only slight nit is that my water glass wasn't refilled frequently, but everything was already above and beyond my expectations. One tip I would suggest if you are going with a few people is to figure out which dishes are not on the tasting menu so that you can opt to order fewer tasting menu courses and instead order a few dishes not on the tasting menu. So many items stood out, it's hard to keep track. The many seafood dishes were awesome, but I particularly liked the oysters (with amazing added flavor), the scallop dish was excellent, the cucumber (aguachile) sashimi dish was amazing, the grilled cabbage had a delicious sauce of puréed cabbage, great sauce for the fish collar, and the sesame ice cream dessert was layered with awesome flavor and textures! If ordering a la carte, things that caught my eye but didn't live up to expectations were the duck tostada (I expected juicy duck breast, but it was some sort of fillamentous duck preparation). And of course the setting. I loved the communal dining experience as it was fun getting to know and chat with new people. The actual restaurant felt kind of magical...a sort of tribal Tulum vibe in the middle of the desert, with a lot of flame-lit and warm lighting tones. It was super cute to see cats roaming around outside the restaurant...and if you are so fortunate to go at night...the stars are breathtaking given how little light pollution is in the area. I think if you go during sunlight you may be able to walk around their garden a bit as well. Cocktails were good for US standards, average for Mexico standards. Walked out the door ordering 2 entrees, 1 tasting menu, and 1 cocktail paying $200 for 3 people (albeit 2 with smaller stomachs) and enough leftovers for a breakfast for 1 person. I love this place and would absolutely return and recommend!

Although the setting is attractive, we were seated outdoors with very little ventilation. The main issue was flies throughout the meal, landing on food and drinks, which made dining pretty uncomfortable. While the restaurant appears to aim for eco-friendly practices, the restrooms had a strong odor and did not feel well maintained. Service was another disappointment. Despite the busy atmosphere, the attention level felt mediocre. Ultimately, while the location has potential, the food quality and wine pairings did not feel aligned with the premium pricing. I'd recommend considering other local spots that offer a stronger overall dining experience

For those who aren't familiar Tabbouleh is a Levantine salad made primarily of finely chopped parsley, bulgur wheat, tomatoes, mint, and onion, seasoned with olive oil and lemon juice. It is traditionally served cold and is a popular dish in Middle Eastern cuisine. It's actually one of my favorite foods--when prepared right. Unfortunately due to the spraying and farming practices in the states I stopped being able to tolerate wheat products. However, it's been said that in Mexico the wheat is not so highly processed, so I am trying out the theory. Later: I had no reaction to this grain.
