Absolutely the worst Medical Clinic I have encountered. The man that answered the phone had no clue what he was doing and when I asked if he could see if my son had a file already there he said no he didn't have access. How do you run an office without being able to open files? I said I needed to know prior to making the appointment and he became extremely rude and said well why are you calling if you don't have a time. I will never ever put this clinic in charge of my family's health and I suggest you don't either. Very unprofessional and unbelievably rude! read more

Worst run medical clinic I have ever used. The reception practices are awful. No one answers the phone, and the wait times are often twice what they are at the ER, even if you have an appointment. Who ever runs this place shouldn't run a coffee kiosk. read more

First of all there are many doctors in the city last time I got sick. I went to so many place different doctors and all they did was send me for different tests and everything came back negative. So they told me there is nothing wrong with me. Time after time for about 4 months after going to lots of walk in clinics. I got some herbs that did help me for a few months then one day it just got really bad again. I thought I just drop in since I was close I told her my situation and problem she said to me it sounds like an infection. I will give you this as sample and this for the infection. Come back and see me if you are not better in few days. I went back after 2 weeks and all my problems are gone. I suffered for about 6 months and they told me no infections and there is nothing wrong with me. She has great deal of experience for over seas. read more

I have found that Dr. Karan is the very best pysician I have ever had. I have multiple medical problems and Dr. Karan has been extremely helpful in lessening the side effects of my illnesses The front staff used to be a problem but their is a new front desk woman is on top of things. First time here. Receptionist was friendly. Do not just go in and sit down as she will think you have an appointment, speak to her Andrew she will help you. She also answered the phone on the second ring while I was sitting there. So far so good. Will update after I see the doctor. read more

This is the worst doctor's office I have been. The front staff don't appear to know what they are doing, are rude and inappropriate. Waited 1.3 hours after I booked an appointment. This place should be shut down, or the very least there should be another one open up on the community because NO ONE would come here if there was a place that was closer. read more

WELL WORTH READING, NOT A WASTE OF TIME. As the current doctor is good friends with my father, I have nothing bad to say about him. He is a well practiced physician and is a very kind gentleman. As for the staff, horrible. I worked there for not even a month, as I was "fired". First off, it is EXTREMELY unorganized, and I find that the girls working there do not take anything seriously. I found that referrals come and go, files go unsigned, lots of miscommunications, and tons of frustrations. First off, the staff lies, and there have been multiple occasions where I have been encouraged to lie. The girls working there are very rude, and do not know how to handle people. Yes, patients who are sick and grumpy come in, and they do not look forward to looking and dealing with your arrogant personality. Before I started working there, I was "volunteering" spending mostly 5 days a week there, and trying to show that I was interested in working there and learning about what they do, as I am thinking about going into medicine myself. In September they gave me only 1 shift a week????????? I didn't agree with that but later was compromised to 2 shifts a week. As I need money, I decided to look for a second job, which I got very shortly after, which is now my current full time job. I had two specific days assigned to me at the clinic and I had told my manager at my other job that I am unavailable for those two days. Not even a day after both my schedules were finalized, I was told by one of the girls at the clinic that the girl who had been there the longest had taken my shift and moved me to a different day!!! I tried to talk to her about it but all she said to me was "not my problem, the rest of us have school and you don't, so you have to deal with it" she was EXTREMELY rude about it , and it was unfair to me. I found that while working there, many appointments were not booked in that were supposed to be booked, and a lady even called and said that she had been trying to reach us for months but no one ever picks up the phone!! I have had many complaints, mostly about referrals not getting done, which is ridiculous because this is peoples HEALTH were dealing with .... its not a joke, id always do everything I could to make people happy, and I was always joking around with people. I have had many patients tell me that they prefer me as a receptionist there. As for the girl who has been working there the longest, she feels she is "in charge". she has had the receptionist before me fired, as she did with me. In the summer when I was volunteering, I came in during her shift, and she looked at me and asked why I was there and told me to go home. I stayed anyways. As for the day that I was fired, she somehow encouraged the doctor to make the decision to replace me. I came into work that day, and I walked in and asked her how she was doing, and she never replied, she simply ignored me, took out her phone and started texting. Then when she left, about 5 minutes after I got there, she said "k im going now" and that's it. After my shift, she had texted me and asked me if the doctor talked to me at all. And I told her that he didn't talk to me about anything unusual, then she proceeded to tell me not to come into work on my next shift because they already have a replacement for me. Am I not supposed to get at least a week notification? And don't they have to pay me for the rest of that week? Well they didn't. It was all very unprofessional, and again, the doctor has a kind heart, but still I am very very very disappointed. As for cleanliness, it is dirty and does require renovation work, which my dad kindly offered to do as well. The staff needs replacing, either for more experienced people or FRIENDLIER people. I was very hurt by all of this just because I worked so hard in the little amount of time that I worked there, and it was all because of the staff.
