Between the $99 arrangement, $12 delivery, $8 service fee, and taxes, the total came to $130 -- and what she received didn't match what I paid for nor did it match the quality of arrangements seen in previous customer reviews. The website shows a full, round bouquet with blooms built up on all sides. What arrived was flat on top with a single sprig sticking up, and lacked fullness all around. When I asked my sister for more photos -- hoping the first ones were just a bad angle -- she had to look down to see the flowers, since a large hydrangea bloom was sunk in the middle of the arrangement to take up space. It's simply not what was advertised. I've attached photos of what was advertised vs the product so you can see the difference for yourself. I order arrangements for occasions like this often and don't mind paying for quality, but this felt like amateur hour compared to the website photo. On the plus side, my sister loved the surprise and said the flowers smelled wonderful -- I just wish the arrangement itself matched what I purchased. There was an option to "tip" the florist. Probably should have done this to get some inspiration put into it.

Theresa called me to let me know there was limited resources due to everything going on and that they couldn't provide the picture I bought from, but assured me the arrangement would be beautiful...and that's really all I wanted. I have actually bought sage and incense at CC, and the prices are reasonable. The woman who works there is very nice, but she's a bit pushy. Every time I go (three times now), she tells me I seem drawn to the case with the more expensive crystals. Two friends have had the same experience. In other metaphysical stores I've visited, the employees seem genuinely interested in helping customers chose the right stone. This woman is just pushing people to buy more expensive crystals. It's cool having a store like this in Auburn. I'll buy basic things like sage, but I don't recommend buying crystals here.
