Mike was making sure everything was aligned just right and that there was no dust on the shelves or the floor. I hadn't been in a smoke/head shop in years, but this experience made me feel like I was young again, instead of some out-of-touch old fogie. I was fascinated by everything and had so many stupid questions, but Mike was very patient and nice about explaining what this and that was. And he knows his shit too! For example, I was shopping for an atomizer, but didn't know what kind would work, so I had to call the person who owns the vape, but he didn't know either. So I described what it looked like to Mike and he showed me one that he was 99.99% sure would work. And it did! We had such a nice conversation that I didn't even realize that I had been there for almost an hour! I felt awful - he could have closed early, but instead stayed late to help my naive ass shop.
