I visited the shop several times and purchased a handful of cigars. Unfortunately, I happened to choose cigars that didn't have single-stick prices displayed on the boxes. While many boxes clearly list the price for individual cigars, a few do not. After doing some research and comparing prices with several other cigar shops in the Tustin area, I found that the markup on those cigars was significantly higher than elsewhere. That experience was disappointing and changed my opinion of the shop. Tony it's unfortunate because you lost what could have been a loyal customer for life. My advice to anyone shopping there is simple: always ask the price before purchasing, especially if it isn't clearly displayed. Tony likes to change the prices on cigars in the blink of an eye. What cost you $20 one day will be $30 some other day.

Every time I go, I can expect quality service. You can really tell they care about their business. Not only are they very helpful, but super nice about it as well. They have good background on the products they sell and give helpful suggestions. What i've bought so far, the prices are not bad at all. It's by far my favorite smoke shop and it's also the most reliable with its stock as well. It's usually not too busy, and I've come in at various times . Even when there is a few customers there, they take their time with each one to ensure that we know what we are getting and that it's the best of what they have. For example, if I buy a pack of pods they will recommend good flavors , or even point me towards ones they are having a deal on. Overall I really respect the consistency and reliability of this store. I even bring my friends here when they visit the area. read more

However, after I found Red Hill Smoke Shop, I started getting all my smoking supplies here rather than abroad. With the help of Elia, I was able to find some authentic, high quality tobacco with a range of flavors (the spiced chai is by far the best for a cozy smoking sesh!). Elia's excellent advice and knowledge on hookahs helped me choose & customize my first hookah in the US, which is giving me some of the biggest clouds without any burning of tobacco/harshness on the throat. I recently visited Red Hill Smoke Shop to purchase a new flume. Despite repeatedly asking the cashier if the price was $23.99, I was still charged a whopping $30 at checkout. When I questioned the discrepancy, the cashier mockingly told me it was due to the California tax. To add insult to injury, the recommended flavor was incredibly unpleasant. When I tried to exchange the product, I was denied even though I had followed their recommendation. I strongly advise potential customers to avoid Red Hill Smoke Shop. There are other options available in the area that may provide a more satisfactory experience. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. There are way better vape shops out there. Trust me, save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. read more

Just wanna say that these guys are awesome!! I used to live close by to this location and would come here all the time as my go to smoke shop. Ever since I moved further south it's been rare occasions I get to stop by whenever I'm in town. With that being said I had purchased a couple Puff Bar Flows the last time I was in. And one of them was defective and wasn't able to come back down right away to exchange it out. Unfortunately it took me 5days to be able to make time to get back down there and even though almost one week had passed the guys here still honored my purchase and replaced my Puff Flow. I was in last night about an hour before closing. I was helped by Elia who was very nice and extremely helpful. He answered all of the questions both I and my boyfriend had and even showed us some different items that he thought we may like. Normally I feel like I'm bugging the people at smoke shops and most of the time they act as though it's an inconvenience for them to show you anything or take anything out of the cases. Elia had no problem doing so and made the experience one of the best I've had. All the items I bought, a nectar collector, a Vector torch and some butane, all are great and I can't wait to see what they get in next! I recently went to this Vape shop to buy an extra extra large Bang watermelon lush Vape. I bought this one because I expected it to have extra puffs. After one night of using it the next morning it was already blinking, so I go back and ask for a new one and they exchange it. Two guys from Europe here...this is the go to store for us to cover all our vaping needs. Not only they keep huge variety of products, so there is something for everyone, but also prices are reasonable and employees are nice , attentive and helpful. This smoke shop is dope it got everything that you get lost in what to chose. The staff are patient I made them go through 30 minutes of showing me what to pick. It is a good vibe. The only place I go to buy my hookah items. As soon as yo go in they come right up to you and ask if you need help. The prices are a lot cheaper then other places. The fumari 100mg flavors are $15-$20 everywhere else but at this place its only $9.99. Not only is this place cheaper then everywhere else, its has all the good stuff here like Fumari and the titanium flat charcoal. I just moved out here to this area and I had the hardest time finding titanium flat charcoal. read more

You'd never know it, being sandwiched between big lots and a dry cleaner, that this is One of the best smoke shops in the county! Giant humidor for cigars, massive hookah supply, all the pipes and pipe smoking paraphernalia you could ever want, and reasonable prices. Elia always have a great customer service. I usually go to other place and it's a risk because some of the buff pars are not original and they taste different. Redhill smoke shop buys from the manufacture and their stuff is legit. If you don't gamble of your vape being original or not I suggest coming to this place.
