I called Huntington in Cumming and they were able to administer the test the next day in the comfort of Huntington, which was a mile from my house. There was tutoring going on around me, which was a bit distracting, but the owner without asking offered me his headphones to block out the noise. I appreciated their care and I passed the test!

Despite being informed that my vehicle was repaired and the case was being closed, the original issue was never resolved. I was not scheduled for, nor did I receive, a follow-up visit to address the initial problem. As a result, the core concern remains unresolved. I made multiple attempts to return contact regarding this matter but did not receive a response. Closing the case under these circumstances, without confirming that the issue was properly diagnosed and corrected, is unacceptable. The fact that the vehicle was picked up should not be interpreted as confirmation that the repair was completed successfully. It simply reflects that I was left without further support or communication. I am requesting that this complaint be formally documented and reviewed. I also expect acknowledgment of the incomplete repair and the lack of follow-up communication.
