Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the handling of my recent service case and its closure. Despite being informed that my vehicle was repaired and the case was being closed, the original issue was never resolved. I was not scheduled for, nor did I receive, a follow-up visit to address the initial problem. As a result, the core concern remains unresolved. I made multiple attempts to return contact regarding this matter but did not receive a response. Closing the case under these circumstances, without confirming that the issue was properly diagnosed and corrected, is unacceptable. The fact that the vehicle was picked up should not be interpreted as confirmation that the repair was completed successfully. It simply reflects that I was left without further support or communication. I am requesting that this complaint be formally documented and reviewed. We bought our 2024 Chrysler Pacifica in Spring 2025 from Gwinnett Place Nissan in Duluth. At the time of purchase, the trunk would not close, so Nissan delivered it to Rick Hendrick Chrysler for repair. While Chrysler did fix the trunk, they broke the plastic trim in the process. The trim was not broken when it was delivered, and both Nissan's sales rep and service department confirmed that. When we picked up the van, my wife immediately noticed the new damage. Chrysler denied responsibility and refused to fix it. They asked us for pictures (which we provided) but since then, they have stopped returning our calls. The bottom line: Their technician damaged our van, and the service manager refuses to take responsibility. Beware -- if they damage your car, you may be ignored instead of helped. While the sales representative was professional and not pushy, things took a turn for the worse once I reached the finance department. First red flag: I was asked to put down a deposit and sign paperwork before I ever saw or test-drove the vehicle. I was told this was to "expedite the process" and that if I didn't like the car, they would work with me -- supposedly their policy across all locations. That turned out to be false. After signing, I was not provided a single piece of paperwork -- nothing showing terms, details, or disclosures. This was a clear tactic to keep me in the dark and make it harder to realize the deal was not truly finalized. When it came to discussing the extended warranty, we were negotiating on the Platinum (highest-tier) plan, but during the price discussion, the finance rep quietly switched to the lower Gold tier without disclosing it -- just to make it seem like I was getting a better deal. I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received at your dealership. When I first came, I was told one price. I returned 5 days later and the price was increased by $4,000. They told me it was a different vehicle with a different VIN, but I had taken a photo of the original VIN -- and it turned out to be the exact same car. When the vehicle finally arrived, it had scratches, and the fifth wheel hitch that I ordered was missing. I waited for over a month for the fifth wheel. Today I finally received it, and it's not the correct part -- it's not what was promised. BEWARE. Read this before bringing your vehicle here for service. Reasonable repair time and respect for your time and money is most definitely NOT this dealership's strong suit. Bringing my truck here took 2 months for repairs and it cost me more than $2,000 out-of-pocket for WARRANTY work on my RAM Rebel with only 17,000 miles on it.. and from what I was told by their manager, Matt, there's vehicles that sit here longer. I had my truck towed here on January 4th after the fuel pump blew. I didn't know it was the cause at the time but it was set to be diagnosed on the 7th, it was actually diagnosed on the 6th but their sales rep decided not to notify me that day. I was told by the service representative, Heather, that the repairs would be lengthy, most likely take until the 20th to ballpark it being completed, she said. She also told me that they would be unable to provide with me a loaner. Heather advised me that I could pay for one out of pocket and contact Stellantis for reimbursement due to it being warranty work. Being unable to drive my wife's vehicle full time, because she needs it, I had to get a rental myself. During this time, I was paying out of pocket for a rental. When the 20th neared, I was in constant contact with the dealership because the rental was getting pricey. It had been weeks and I was told parts weren't in yet, or hadn't been found. I drove by here daily and saw my truck sitting around. Just before the 20th, a sales representative named Lance took over my repair order and told me my truck would be ready to go on the 20th. I asked him if this was definite and he said yes. I planned for this, my wife took off work to give me a ride to get my truck that day and I told the rental company I would be brining back their car back that day. The 20th came, I never heard back from Lance and he didn't take a single of the dozen or more calls I put into him that day or the next day. I finally had enough and went to the dealership myself to talk to someone. Matt, the manager, came to chat with me and told me parts are short and they have had another truck sitting there for months that they can't seem to get parts for. How does this make ANY sense? MONTHS? In my honest opinion, this place sits on warranty work because they know they won't make money off of the repairs. Like I said before, I drove by many mornings and didn't see my truck being worked on until I went down in-person and applied pressure myself. I told them how much it was costing me to have a rental out-of-pocket and Matt said he would tell Stellantis to cover it. I finally got my truck back on the 24th where I was told all of this work was done on it. When driving it I noticed there was a shudder when accelerating. I immediately took it back to Hendrick and they FINALLY put me in a loaner vehicle. It took this place weeks of test driving my truck plugged into a computer for it finally throw a code for them to figure out what was wrong. Didn't you already replace the entire fuel line? Highly doubtful. My truck sat in Hendrick's garage again for another few weeks and when I got it back, it still was having issues. Something Heather never even called me back about when I called her about it. I ended up going somewhere else to not have to deal with this nightmare of a place anymore. Upon contacting Stellantis/RAM they told me they would only cover the repair time of 5 days and that anything out of that is considered unreasonable repair time and the dealership would be up to covering the cost of the rental. I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint against Rick Hendrick CDJR for their role in repaying me for the insane amount they cost me with a rental while it took them forever to repair my truck with only $17,000 miles on it. In Rick Hendrick CDJR fashion they have given me nothing but a hard time, didn't even seem to read my initial complaint and plea for a reimbursement and have denied doing the right thing. My service advisor was Montae who has been extremely helpful so far but overall the service employees are very avoidant and they do not direct you at all until you approach them. I was rudely directed, they all had attitudes especially the young latin lady in the garage but she was literally the only one who helped so at least there's the minimum. I got an oil change and Montae helped me with getting a diagnostic but I will not be returning, y'all are weird and abrasive. If I could recommend 0 it would be that. Extremely Disappointed. I am absolutely furious with the level of service I received. I brought my Jeep in for what should have been a routine oil change, along with a tire rotation, fluid check, and visual inspection. Seems simple, right? Apparently not for this service department. Not only did they completely miss a cracked radiator that has clearly been leaking coolant for some time, but they also failed to notice--or worse, ignored--that my oil filter housing is cracked, and now my water pump and head gaskets need replacing. That's right. A simple oil change somehow turned into a multi-thousand dollar mess. Either they didn't check the coolant system at all (which would be negligent), or they saw the issue and sent me off the lot anyway (which is inexcusable). Either way, the result is the same: my Jeep is now in worse shape than when I brought it in, and I'm left holding the bag. Jeep, I expected better. You stated that my tags were about to expire and all I has to do was sign the form and go pick up my tags. To my surprise the car needed a smog check. Unfortunately I was unable to get my tags because of that reason. I had to go back to work because I went to go take care of that during my lunch hour. When I got back to my office I checked the registration status of the vehicle and it said that my tags were expired, so I have been driving with expired tags since I don't know where. I suppose being from California I am not used to a state that does not have a law that states when selling a vehicle be it by owner or by dealership the private party or the dealership has to have the emissions test already done prior to sale. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of customer courtesy. To call when temp registration was already expired and made it seam as if all I had to do was go pick up my tags was total lack of professionalism. Terrible service. I have never dealt with a car dealership that can not tell a buyer their process for purchasing a vehicle in GA as a FL resident. I am approaching 30 days since I bought my new vehicle. My local tax collector has not received my registration information. I speak to a different person each time I call the dealership. Not one person can tell me what is going on. I have learned there are no procedures in place and any one person I talk to puts me on hold and that is the end of the conversation. All I want to know is, when and were my information was sent to. Furthermore, I have tried to cancel my GAP insurance and again, no evidence this has been completed. On my Ram Rebel my air suspension service light had came on but later on it had went off so I setup an appointment at this Rick Hendrick dealership to get it checked out...ok so I drop it off that morning and caught a Uber on the way to work...started getting these messages bc I guess now instead of calling they send you text messages to update you...cool!! Later finally got a message that service was complete and all these recommendations like always of what extra you need to get done...so I cancelled and called and asked if I could pay over phone and have keys left with sales. So I get to dealership get my keys and how about I get to my truck and it won't crank...I'm like wtf?! I know it's not my battery I be had this truck for a couple years and haven't had any issues with my battery not even signs of me needing to get a battery...so I leave the truck with a the sales lady and I think the GM (real nice guy, he even ordered me a uber to get home) said he was going to email them to let them know about it too in service.... So come the next day I called and let them know I came to get my truck and it wouldn't crank my the find that I just brought my truck in to get a diagnostic of my air suspension light...so they told me they were going to give me a free diagnostic to see what's going on...never heard anymore from them and I finally text that number to see if there were any updates...someone replied it's the battery...it will be ready the next day before 10am....came up the next morning to get my truck and the guy tells me he was going to have someone to look at it bc the guy was busy all day yesterday and didn't get a chance...bout a hour goes by and they finally come out and tells me I need a battery and it wouldn't crank be $466...I politely told him bring my truck to the front and I'll go somewhere else....aint no way im paying $466 for a battery!!!! Mind the fact the day before when they sent me all these recommended services I needed it nothing on there about a battery...so right after i went somewhere and had my battery tested and they said it was perfectly fine!!!! Can't say I've seen worst customer service than here. Their repair shop gives no crap for customers. I'm a small business owner who brings in my purchased brand new 2021 Dodge ProMaster that has less than 27,000 miles on because they said our engine had failed. I'm like huh , I purposely brought it brand new to avoid issues such as this and I'm running a business. I learned Dodge makes such crappy cars that they should all be considered a lemon. My car sat here for 3 months while they waited on the parts which was covered by warranty, but neither dodge nor the corporate office would give us a loaner car since my carpet cleaning business still needed to service our customers to keep the bills paid. I ended spending more than $3,000 on a rental and still had to pay the car payment totaling more than $1000 for a car we couldn't use. Communication was poor the entire time our car was in the shop, we only got updates when we called. Our car was finally ready on Saturday, 29 July and as we left with it we noticed the A/C was blowing hot in this July weather. We had our service rep LeMont confirm the issue and they told us to bring it back another because they forgot to recharge our A/C after installing our new engine. So once again another warranty issue or issue they caused and we paid our employee to not service our customers today, but sit at their shop to have our van fixed. Our employee sat there after being told he was the third car in line from 0900-1600 and our car was never serviced, all the customers from this morning were serviced and gone. If you read this and know of a lawyer who can handle a lemon lawsuit and help us recoup our funds please message me! I plan to sue dodge. As of 3 AUG they updated us after finally looking at our company vehicle, they poked a hole in our A/C when they installed the new engine. Now I have two days of lost business revenue and counting, plus they aren't prioritizing my vehicle after they caused the damage. They said their technician will eventually get to it. Ohh and they aren't offering loaner cars. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD. I recently took my car to Hendrick Jeep in Duluth, GA for what I hoped would be a routine maintenance checkup, but unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, the customer service was severely lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and unwilling to answer my questions. My son, who is 22 took the car in. And I think since he is inexperienced they dismissed what he his concerns. We purchased an extended warranty when we purchased the car from another dealership. Instead of telling us that they do not honor the warranty they just said that what was wrong was not covered in the warranty. So, we paid them $1600 to clean out the fuel system. When we came to pick up the vehicle it would not start. Then they tried to sell us a $600 battery. We had it jumped by a police officer and then took it to another mechanic to put in a new battery. When I asked to speak to the manager, they brushed me off with vague responses, leaving me feeling frustrated and uninformed. Secondly, the quality of the work done on my car was subpar. Despite paying for a full inspection, they failed to identify an issue. We drove the car for a week and then the same thing happened, so we took it back, and then they wanted us to pay $7,700 for the final repair. At that point, we took it to another dealership and asked about our warranty and they told us that they do not honor the warranty. So, now we will to take it to an approved dealership that will honor our warranty. We could have solved this from the start if they hadn't taken our money and told us they didn't honor our warranty. This negligence not only put our safety at risk but also cost us additional time and money to rectify. Furthermore, going through this process, I have spoken to 2 mechanics in the area and they expressed their concern for Hendricks. They both said they would never take their cars there because of both personal experiences and from clients who have had bad experiences. Overall, my experience at Hendrick Jeep in Duluth, GA was highly disappointing. Needless to say, I won't be returning, and I certainly wouldn't recommend them to anyone in need of reliable auto care. Salesman was handling my deal and another at the same time and felt abandoned at left alone for long periods of time. Told me they had what I was looking for and didn't. I never felt so pressured to buy a vehicle and warranty in my life!!!. They aren't honest about your best available rates. I sent my 2009 Town and Country, as it seemed to have transmission problems. Initially met Mr Touron Shah and Mr. Ped Noori, and later sent the van. Later Mr. Noori handled all my needs. After tests recommended a transmission fluid change (car had about 91000 miles), Spark plug changes ( as per user manual normal recommended at 100,000 miles). Thy fixed what was needed. I have a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I took it in for some suspension and electrical work this summer. The original cost was around $3000.00. They kept the car for over 3 months before they could get started. Once attempting to fix it, other parts were needed and the charges ramped up to over $10,000.00. I was already invested so I really had no choice. During those three months I was without transportation. Not until the fourth month did I demand a car and finally got one. Once my car was "finished" it never looked level. The front was lower than the back and after two weeks, the front would drop all the way down and come back up when started. I took it to the service dept. and they claimed this was normal, (not). After driving it for about a week after that, the suspension completely failed. Now, after paying over $10,000.00, I took it back knowing that it would be taken care of without other charges. Well, just got a text that my car would need an air bag for over $4,000.00 more. After a complete suspension job this was not spotted or it was damaged during the initial botched repair. I am so done. This is my first and last time taking my car to the dealer. I expected A-1 service and instead got a bunch of deceit, horrible service and a depleted bank account. Now its in corporates hand. Terrible customer service! Avoid if you can! I went in to shop for a Wrangler, and literally the entire management team came out to pressure me into buying one that day. Whatever, I got one - only to realize it missed some features I was looking for - and that I didn't want to pay $200 for some overpriced wheel locks. During the sale, they promised to add that feature on the vehicle for free; post sale, that offer disappeared and I would've had to pay $1000 for it. A few days later, Taylor called to tell me to leave a glowing review for their team. I told them I will leave a review, but I also wanted to return the wheel locks for money. I've been trying to get this refund back now for 2 months. Taylor does not return calls or texts and the one time he did call back, he made it seem like the refund would not be issued because I didn't give them a good review. What kind of BS service is this where a refund for an item returned is only contingent upon a good review? The two aren't even related! Instead of actually working on the items I mentioned in the dealer survey, it seems like they've doubled down on crappy service. This is now my third Wrangler, and I would definitely have bought from other dealerships in this area had I known this was going to be the post sale service.
