They cut and cut and cut. When I asked why they cut so much, I got told "your husband told us too". No, he didn't. Now I have what looks like 3 phone poles with some stuff on top. My shade is gone. The trees look like crap. And everyone at the company just told me, "don't worry, it will grow back". No it won't. Branches are gone. My father was in the nursery business for 50 years, he's never seen anything like it. It looks BAD. If you decide to have them do any work besides cutting a tree down, watch and approve of every cut.

Number 6 is a well known coil to go bad. The best thing about getting them all replaced was the mechanic found the number 3 plug had backed itself loose. He was able to use a tap to recover the threads and get a new plug in. Overall, I was very satisfied with their service.
