    Probably one of the best car buying experience I have had. My sales guy LJ, was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and if he didn't know an answer, he did the research to find out. Joe was very accommodating and Brian the finance guy wasn't pushy in the least. They all made car buying fun!

    Had the best experience when trading in my truck for the new bronco. The sales team at this location has your best interest in mind and communication is top-notch. Ask for Cory Sweeney when you're ready to buy a new car! Cory was on it and I am so happy with my purchase! Repeat Ford customer here and that won't change especially after this went so smoothly.

    It breaks me to give a one star as I have had nothing but good service in the past Took my car in with a problem with the back up camera. It was three days before they started to look at it so the part they had in stock did not fit and they wanted to keep it through the weekend to order another camera . This would have been a week at the dealer . This gave me to time to research the problem on the Ford forums. I did not need a new camera at a $1000 cost , this was a common and well know problem with the connection on Fire Expeditions It should be a simple task to clean the connectors and cover them to stop more grime and dirt getting in . Disappointed that they had the car three days before looking at it , upset that they did not just do the fix. Oh on the positive side they did do the oil change , so one star for that Does not matter who the rep is they can't control the shop floor, could he have managed my problem better, probably , but I just got lost in the noise of all the other customers I'm sure. Going to take my car to another dealer instead

    This was, without question, one of the most incompetent and negligent service experiences I have…read moreever had. I brought my vehicle in for a straightforward timing chain cover leak--nothing unusual, nothing complex. What followed was a complete breakdown in basic mechanical competence. The car was "repaired" and returned to me three separate times for the exact same issue, which was never actually fixed. It gets worse. Instead of replacing faulty components like any qualified service department would, they chose to file down parts to make them fit. Let that sink in. Rather than doing the job correctly, they took shortcuts that no reputable technician should ever consider. That decision alone tells you everything about the level of workmanship here. After the third failed attempt, I picked up my vehicle once again, hoping the issue was finally resolved. Within hours--on the same day--the oil warning light came on while I was driving. This had never happened before in the life of the vehicle. The only reasonable conclusion is that the oil was either not properly refilled or not checked at all after the repair. That is not just careless--it is dangerous. Failing to verify oil levels after engine-related work puts the entire engine at risk and could easily result in catastrophic failure while driving. To be fair, the one bright spot in this experience was my service advisor, Cyrena. She was professional, communicative, and kept me informed throughout the process. Unfortunately, her efforts could not make up for the repeated failures in the actual repair work. Adding to the frustration, Mazda Corporate Customer Service states that it takes 4-5 business days to review and respond to issues like this. After multiple failed repairs and a situation that could have caused serious engine damage, how is that an acceptable timeline? At this point, this goes far beyond poor service. This is a complete lack of accountability, professionalism, and basic quality control. I would not trust this service department with a bicycle, let alone a vehicle. Do yourself a favor--if you value your car or your safety, avoid this place entirely. I would give them negative stars if I could.

    2020 Ram 5.7 owner here. I was made aware of some dried purple stains below my water pump recently…read moreby my mechanic during my service visit. I crawled under my truck to have a look but could not see anything actively leaking from the water pump, even though that is the point of origin. No motor components above the water pump have water passing through them. I called Tuttle Click Ram in Tustin to see if the water pump had to be actively leaking to get it replaced under their 100K bumper to bumper warranty, even though the purple coolant stains are originating at the water pump. One of their service writers I've worked with in the past, told me it absolutely has to be actively leaking to get it replaced under warranty. I sat on Tuttle Clicks response for a couple days frustrated they look for any way to wiggle out of taking care of a warranty problem. I gave Coastline Ram a call, told their service writer the exact same thing I explained to Tuttle Click's service writer in Tustin. Instead of giving me the run around, Coastline said they would absolutely be able to replace the water pump under warranty but would pressure test the cooling system to verify the leak - standard, prudent protocol. Tuttle Click never gave me that option. Kudos to Coastline Ram! Fast forward a few days, brought my truck to Coastline for the scheduled leak check/repair, the service write asked me if there were any other concerns I wanted them to look at since I had a $100 deductible. I also mentioned I was getting the notorious 5.7 hemi lifter noise intermittently. Coastline called me later that afternoon to inform me the water pump was being replaced under warranty, as well as, all the lifters. I have to give high praise to Coastline Ram for making their service writers accessible by phone. As a contrast, Tuttle Clicks service writers are almost impossible to get a hold of, & they're horrible at returning calls. I would highly recommend Coastline Ram for their helpfulness, and willingness to make warranty repairs!

I had my car towed in and James ( service advisor ) made sure they did a thorough diagnostic evaluation on my car . They sent me a detailed video of the repairs that had been done by the previous mechanic . The fuel injectors had been put in backwards and made my car , extremely dangerous to drive ( gasoline was leaking and if driven , and was flammable ) . They , CAPO VW , mechanic made sure that I understood how driving the car was putting me at risk . Glad I listened to them , They answered all my many questions , and they were so understanding , of what I had gone through with the other mechanic . Previous mechanic was Paul Lentz , Certified Rebuilders in San Clemente . Stay away from Certified Rebuilders, if I had read the reviews of Yelp and Google , I would never have gone there. Owner Paul insisted I pay him in cash So 5 Stars all the for Capo VW service dept and mechanics . Also a shout out to Scott senior mechanic . He showed me and explained all the details so well !!!

I have taken my car for service to this dealership twice for my current car and both times I have been very unhappy with the level of "service" or the lack of. Luckily for my second visit I got a chance to get service manager involved which made things BETTER. The first time the service advisor provided me a loaner car which was Greatly appreciated. When I got to the dealership to pick up my car, he kept me waiting for good 30 mins while he was calling 4 customers on the phone and taking a break and everything else that he did while I was waiting there. I thought it was so unprofessional of him but I let it go. As for my second time, I made an Appt to bring the car for a light switch fix which they had the part ordered for me in stock and lug nut which they failed to secure last time we came here for a service and fell from tire. The two issues I don't think it would take more than 30 mins to fix. When making an appt I requested a loaner car which I was told it was not gauranteed. Upon arriving at 8:30 in the morning, I was told that they do not have a loaner car eventhough while I was waiting for my uber ride I saw 2 customers dropping their cars off and getting into loaner cars eventhough their appts were after mine AND I did confirm my appt the night before. At around 2:20 I get a call from the advisor that "unfortunately they would not be able to get to the car today and I either have to come pick it up or leave the car overnight"...... When I got to the dealership, I requested again for the lug nut issue to be fixt since it is a safety issue....... And I was told Again "sorry we don't have the technician"....... That is when I asked for the service manager and luckily he was there to save the day and have them take the car back and fix it. If the service manager was not there, this review would have been an 1 or 2 star review for sure....... Honestly considering that my car is a lease and it is coming due in 3 months, you would think they would go above and beyond in their customer service so that customers would come back to sign a new lease with them and then bring the cars back for service and have the process continue for years to come but Nope, I don't think they think that far ahead which ultimately would make more bonus not only for the sales manager, service manager but also for the general manager! This review is for them to realize the opportunity to create a positive customer experience or at least try to..... As a customer I don't have to get the manager involved..... If they had the technician, why they didn't fix my car from the beginning considering that it had been sitting in the lot since 8:30 in the morning?! This is the question that they need to answer if they care about their customer satisfaction!

Do your own due diligence by bringing all of your paperwork needed for financing, bring your own mechanic to look at the car if you are unsure and be prepared to wait awhile. This all goes for any Used Car Dealers. All of these bad reviews are just placing blame on someone else because they didn't do their own investigation. I went to Ocean Auto because I literally needed a car that day for my daughter and I. I knew walking in the price would be higher because of my horrific credit caused by life events. I was there a long time, but I could hear the guys working hard to find a bank that would finance me. I got the payment I could afford and an awesome car at a decent price. I came in with all of my paperwork that any finance company would want (pay stubs, utility bill, insurance, bank statements and drivers license). Ocean Auto worked so hard for us and for that I am eternally grateful. It was a HUGE miracle for me and will help repair my credit in the mean time. I didn't bring a mechanic, so I don't know what will happen at this time, but if something does go wrong, that is on me not them for not bringing a person to check out the car. Honestly, they have an excellent selection of cars at fair market value and the tools to get you the deal you need. If you have excellent credit, go to a new car dealership, if you have cash or need to rebuild credit by having a second chance, go to Ocean Auto. I'm grateful ever hour for my running car. I told him I would be registering the vehicle in my home state, he gave me a form and assured me that it would be all i needed to do was take it to the local DMV in my home state and obtain the registration and title. That was not the case, after several phone calls and a return visit I finally got the registration on January 16. Both of the salesman there are LIARS very shady Dealership. STAY AWAY!!!
