It seems greatly unfair and highly unprofessional to place the burden of delivering funeral flowers to someone outside of our family and close friends while we are still grieving the loss of our loved one. The funeral home staff themselves were shocked & embarrassed by this unprofessional behavior. Funerals are difficult enough without added stress, and the lack of sensitivity and professionalism shown here was hurtful and completely unacceptable.
