I buy a couple pairs of M1540NV2 every year and finally noticed after a couple of heavy days of walking and jogging to keep up with my young son that one of the shoes had a defect near the ankle that caused me a good bit of pain in my Achilles' tendon. I brought them in and showed them to Amy and she immediately felt the defect. I was only hoping to maybe get the shoe repaired, as I bought it months ago, but she replaced the pair immediately. I didn't expect to walk out with a new pair of shoes, but I did, and service like this is why I only shop for my walking/running shoes at New Balance.

I called twice and was never able to speak to someone and had to leave a voice mail. No-one ever returned my call. After express shipping was paid, the order finally arrived 15 days later. Even though I hadn't planned ahead and was on a time crunch, the guys made sure I got exactly what I needed and even pulled in a favor to get a seamstress to temporarily alter my pants the exact same day so that I would be good to go. I brought the pants back later for everything to be permanently altered and they were fast and I thought the price was fair. Granted, some things aren't cheap but if you want cheap products you go to a cheap store. They are the only place I would recommend for really nice and professional men's clothing in the Knoxville area that actually offers personal service. It's been over a decade since I have been a suit and tie kind of guy but they were quick to size me up and get me fitted and out the door. Excellent service and excellent quality clothing.
