Although the rental process is quick and direct. You get what you pay for and your tux looks great. My only real complaint is there is no actual customer service and you're just another tux the business is renting. The main man in charge isn't the friendliest but just means business. I had rented a suit from Men's Warehouse, it came in and my shirt & suspenders did not fit. The problem was that the wedding is tomorrow. My Boyfriend and I were visiting Visalia for a wedding that he was in as a groomsman. As it turned out, his tuxedo pants from a DIFFERENT tux shop in Orange County (Mens Warehouse) were a full 1 1/2 feet too short. A complete disaster! He only had an hour before the wedding, so we called Tux N Tails, a tux shop close by to our Marriot hotel in town. They told us to come on down and they would help us. When we got there shortly after, they were very busy, but they came right up, knowing that it was us who had called. Within a matter of minutes, the manager was able to match and hem the pants perfectly, and the right length of course! He felt so bad for us that he didn't want to charge us as he wanted to do right for his line of work and sensed our stress, even though he had nothing to do with our problem pants and in fact saved us in a short period of time. Ultimately, Tux N Tails went out of their way to make sure that we got to our wedding on time, free of charge, and my boyfriend looking great! I recommend anyone needing a tux or a tailoring job for a wedding, dance, or formal event to go to Tux N Tails. They are all about customer service and being friendly. We live in Visalia and have children attending San Joaquin Memorial High School in Fresno. SJM recently held their Winter Formal and we decided to rent my son's tuxedo locally; It is much easier for me to pick up and return in Visalia, rather than Fresno. John, the owner of Tux-N-Tails was beyond helpful and provided outstanding customer service! He helped my son find just the right tux, letting him try multiple options while making helpful, knowledgeable suggestions for the tie, pocket square color, cut, etc. Generally, it's all about the girl at formals - her dress, the corsage, her hair... John made my son feel confident in his tuxedo selection and conveyed how it's very nice for the boys to also have their own unique style, be well-fitted and make a classic statement, even when they remove their jacket for dancing. John suggested my son take the pocket square to school to double check with his date it would tie in nicely with her dress. My son took John up on his suggestion; The pocket square was just the right color and his date was so appreciative of the thoughtfulness! The tuxedo was in pristine condition, as were the shoes, when I picked everything up prior to the formal. Tux-N-Tails has ALL of their tuxedo options in house! They offer the newest and most up-to-date styles. The tuxedo my son chose is brand new - it was very modern and stylish - and, ironically, not available in Fresno! Awesome Experience! My first experience with this business and the BEST experience EVER! John and his staff were very attentive to our needs for my daughter's wedding. :-) The wedding was out of town with 6 groomsmen, fathers, ring bearer, and the groom, of course. Every body was fitted quickly and tuxes were provided 3 days before the event. John made sure my husbands tie matched my dress perfectly, even provided 2 styles with extra vests. They allowed us to return the tuxes an extra day later at no charge. He even gave me his cell number "just in case". An amazing expirience! My nephew and BF were in local wedding and we were from out of town and had to send measurements by phone weeks in advance. When we picked up the tux THE DAY BEFORE the wedding nothing fit due to improper measurements from Mens Warehouse. Pants, jacket, and vest all too short in length on my BF. Pants too long, jacket short in arms, and shoes too big on my nephew. The owner and staff gave us they're undivided attention and quickly went to work. They were able to fix the pants and jacket on site for my nephew and had the shoes sent over from they're second location in town. For my BF they were able to fix his pants, had a vest on site long enough, and called the next town over to get him a jacket. Within a couple hrs both had perfect fitted tuxes thanks to the owner and his staff. The one on one attention was the best I've ever experienced.
