The entire team was extremely helpful and friendly, and was happy to answer questions, give recommendations, and provide updated quotes as we solidified our choices for the big day. At the end, we were extremely satisfied with the photo book, the prints, and the entire experience. My wife and I both work in healthcare, and they offered us an extremely generous discount, for which we were extremely grateful. To top it all off, at the end of the night when our reserved time was technically already over, and we had the last-minute rush to take more photos, the attendant didn't seem to pressure anyone, mentioned nothing about "Oh, we only have xx minutes left," or anything of the sort. He was happy to let our guests finish their photos. Again, totally unexpected, but extremely appreciated. We would absolutely work with them again, no hesitation! Flick Zone was so amazing to work with for our wedding! We did a photobooth with prints and the…read moreprice was so reasonable compared to other photobooths in the area, but still with high quality service! Our venue was The Orchard by Wedgewood in Menifee, and even though Flick Zone usually sets up before an event, Jennifer was so communicative and accommodating with our plan of wanting to set up after the start of the event instead since we were using the gazebo for the first dance and wanted the booth to be set up in the gazebo after the first dance, since it requires a covered 10x10ft area. They asked for photos of our invitation three days before the event, so I sent them that as well as other decor pieces for inspiration. They sent four beautiful template designs to choose from the day before the event, and we were able to pick our favorite one. The schedule ended up needing to be pushed back by about 20 min or so, but the team that came to set up was patient and flexible, I'm so appreciative of that!! Even though unattended, our guests had no issues with using the booth. The glasses, hats, and signs were all so cute and a big hit. They sent a link with all the digital strips and GIFs five days after the event. We will definitely be recommending Flick Zone to all our friends and family needing a photobooth in the future, and will book them them if we need one again. Thank you Flick Zone!!
