The entire team was extremely helpful and friendly, and was happy to answer questions, give recommendations, and provide updated quotes as we solidified our choices for the big day. At the end, we were extremely satisfied with the photo book, the prints, and the entire experience. My wife and I both work in healthcare, and they offered us an extremely generous discount, for which we were extremely grateful. To top it all off, at the end of the night when our reserved time was technically already over, and we had the last-minute rush to take more photos, the attendant didn't seem to pressure anyone, mentioned nothing about "Oh, we only have xx minutes left," or anything of the sort. He was happy to let our guests finish their photos. Again, totally unexpected, but extremely appreciated. We would absolutely work with them again, no hesitation! Every person in the booth gets a copy of the picture! It's standard for all his photobooth packages so it's totally worth booking IEPB! Other photobooth companies will only give you 1 strip for you to keep and 1 for your guests. The problem is, what do you do if you have more than 1 friend in the booth?? Give it to one or the other? Cut the strip?? Let them fight for it? Why do that when they can both get one! If there's 5 people in the booth, than 5 people get a picture! It's FABULOUS! Other photobooth companies might catch your eye more because they can get quite creative with the graphic borders. IEPB hasn't quite mastered this. I can't say enough about their amazing customer service and communication. Their tents and chairs helped create the festive look I was going for. The quality of their tents is unbeatable. The colors are rich and vibrant and the golden block print detailing is clean and beautiful. I didn't give them much direction besides colors, so on the day of when they saw the set up, they went back to their warehouse to pick up white chairs and different colored cushions so everything would match!! I've never heard of a vendor voluntarily going out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. I'm so happy with my decision to go with them and will definitely be hiring them for future events!
