My son went here to see if he could find a tux for his prom. We'll the associates were extremely unhelpful and did not want to see if any of the suits were available for him without putting in an order. Not the way to treat a kid. Thankfully he was with someone that was looking out for his best interest, unlike this joke of a place. Do not use this place, not worth the time or energy. Customer service is horrible and would most likely take advantage of a unsuspecting kid if they go there by them selves. read more

Just left tuxedo Junction after my final fitting and am really impressed. The store is on the smaller side with a little bit of a limited selection but if Helen is helping and you're sure to have a great experience. She was very kind and friendly and you can tell she has a passion. Would not hesitate to come back to this store. read more

Today was our first experience with Tuxedo Junction. Walking in, we were warmly welcomed by a woman staff member. She was enthusiastic, had a great sense of humor, and very personable. She was the only one working and miraculously was able to handle phones, fittings, pickup/drop offs at ease. Checking in was fast and easy- just name, address, drivers license #, phone #, and email. The fitting was very fast as well. She helped explain how things should feel/look and made the whole process stress free. The price is comparable, $160 for a tuxedo rental for a day. I had to rent a tuxedo for my sons prom. We were assigned to go pick out our tux on a Saturday afternoon in the height of prom season. We walked in and was greeted immediately there was a line but while we waited we were encouraged to look around for color style and fit. Once our number was called we were taken in the back to have his measurements taken. The young man who helped us was very friendly and patient considering 99% of the clients today were all getting fitted for the special needs prom. Our tuxedo actually came in early so we went down for the final fitting and everything fit perfectly no alterations needed!!! When I went to return the tuxedo I was again greeted and was out the door in 5 min. I really can't say enough about the staff here they were wonderful!!! read more

The most unorganized tuxedo junction location.. I would even be a little worried about Robinson location since they send their employees back and forth. See below for the initial store review I left after receiving an email requesting "how'd we do?" After I returned my tux (please keep in mind I've never left a review, but felt inclined to do so after this terrible experience): My response, 1 star: I've rarely needed a tuxedo so I went into the store with an open mind looking for help from the staff in the selection process. The staff was all over the place, often leaving to take phone calls or help other customers. Once I gained their attention I was finally pointed in the right direction -to a tuxedo that cost me $210, which was never discussed until the time of check out. Had I know that from the beginning I would have never chosen that tuxedo. Then, when I came back in to try on the tuxedo it wasn't even close to fitting (wrong size jacket and pants were so short I couldn't even sit down) for 210 dollars you would think the customer service would have been ALOT better. When it came time to pay I was over charged, recharged, almost as if the staff had no clue what I had paid for a deposit and what my remaining balance was. Lastly, I was supposed to have gotten emails confirming my suit was ready to pick up, I never did. I wonder what would have happened if I had never called to check on things (in other words-do YOUR job). All in all it was the worst rental experience I've ever had. And it cost me much more than I'd ever want to spend. I'll be sure to look elsewhere for future events and make sure to tell my friends and family to do the same..... After this review I received a phone call and was asked to explain myself. I did. The manager ultimately offered me a 50% discount. I was very grateful and appreciated the offer. It has been several weeks and I have not received the discount......to me that explains everything. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

My son rented a tux for prom customer service was ok but totally crazy that 2 schools come at the same time on the same date to pick up. Waited over 2 hours to pick up the tux. They need to have a better system. read more

Wasn't very pleased with this tuxedo rental, we went for a second fitting and EVERYTHING was wrong, the color was supposed to be green and they mixed it with purple, also the pants were way huge and not the slim fit as we paid for, however they did fix it for the next day, THANK GOD that they did, moral of the story bad experience, good fix. Probably shouldn't tell people that it's mandatory to return their tuxedos on Sunday when you're closed... There are 5 people now waiting in the parking lot trying to figure out something to do... The national number says that you open at noon (despite your sign saying closed on Sunday). You've got 11 minutes to get here... read more

Seriously consider going elsewhere for your bridal party tuxes/suits. We had people coming from out-of-town to pick up on Thursday for a Saturday wedding. Drove 1 hr. to location in Cranberry to find out not all the suits were in. Told to come back Friday. Drove an hour back on Friday to find out the father of the bride's suit was the wrong color - the color they had fit perfectly, they said they would make sure the correct size and color were available Saturday morning. In the meantime, 3 out of the 7 groomsmen had issues with either shirts or pants. Drove another hour back Saturday morning (thank goodness wedding wasn't until 5pm) to find the father of the bride had the right color suit however the pant size was completely wrong (should have been a 38 NOT a 48!!) and this was after he was already there Friday and tried on the exact same suit in a different color!! Was told there was no replacement for the suit that day, we could have a different color but not the gray which was ordered months in advance. Their store offered to drive the hour to the hotel to exchange the suit for a different color that would fit. Said ok, however, the suit never arrived prior to the 2pm photos. Was on the phone with them several times trying to get a pair of gray pants for the bride's father that fit. NOTHING. Had to use safety pins and a sewing kit from the hotel to "take in" the pants which were 10" larger than they should have been so he would be ready for photos. He had to leave his jacket on all night so that nobody would see the BROWN belt of his which he had to use to hold up his pants. Returned the suit the next day and told person in store how disappointed we were, wanted a call from the manager. Never called, 2 days later I had to call. No refund on the suit, no results other than things happen and it was unfortunate and they were sorry. Lost a customer for life. I will never deal with these people again and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. Word of mouth is a strong thing and I will make sure that everyone I know (as well as everyone in the bridal party and everyone who was aware of the situation) will deter people from using Tuxedo Junction in Cranberry Township, PA. There is enough stress the day of the event, you shouldn't have to deal with this considering they were to be ready the Thursday before. The other sad part about this is 2 people coming from out-of-town, took off work on Thursday to fly in and get suits so that if there was a problem they would have plenty of time to fix the problem. So much for that! VERY DISAPPOINTED!! read more
