I think having the self pay is a good idea. My problem is I placed an order and part of it came in and the other was shipped out a couple days out. I showed it was in on the Kohl's order and went to pick up. They said they didn't have it. I checked again & went back with the order number still said it wasn't in. Called customer service said it would be there about the 6th. Went back around the 9th still nothing. Sent my husband up and he was able to get one of the pieces that came after telling him that they didn't have it he was going out the door and they yelled at him they found one piece the other one wasn't there they said. I kept checking and it showed shipped at store. Called can't find that order number. I called customer service he said it should be delivered by January 6th. I have never received a email that it was in but on their site it shows delivered. I checked again and again and called again 1/23/26 can't find number. Called customer service they said it was delivered to the mailbox. But I told her that they said they couldn't bring up the order number so she said it's out of stock which to me they should have ordered me another one when I called the first time and told them they couldn't find the order number. I had a 30% off but honestly didn't want to use because I wanted this order settled so I lost that. I feel they did a disservice to me when I kept calling about the order. The second time I should've been told they would reorder it. Now I can't get the top I ordered 12/26.

Returns and exchanges were handled well. Some of the aisles in various departments are a little confined in that it is difficult for wheelchair access and mobility. Finding store personnel to help is a little tough. The younger associates looked at my physically challenged companion as if she had an STD or leprosy...not the case according to our doctors. No one seemed to want to help her and that upset me, but my companion was a trooper and just carried on only to break down after we left the store. It's sad, really sad. We haven't experienced this anywhere else. I wanted to make a complaint, but she wouldn't let me...she's the type that wouldn't say "Poop" if she had a mouthful. Might change the rating to 1 star if it happens again. Again? Yeah, she likes the clothing, accessories and has their charge card that gives special discounts and perks.

She saw a pair of jeans on a bartender we know that she liked and asked here where she bought them, she pointed us to Marshalls. We were surprised by what we found when we went in. There were a lot of designer and name brand clothes, including clothes from shops in the mall here for a fraction of the price. I picked up a pair of shorts and a shirt for just over $30.00 that, if their tags don't lie, would normally have cost me over $100.00 combined. Based on the brand name on them and where I've seen them in the past, I don't think it's far off. They had clothes, accessories, shoes, and much more. If you follow the signs, you can find items you are looking for and sizes fairly easy. However, the racks are a MESS! People putting things back in different areas, so many different things mixed together. It's almost like trying to shop in a second hand store sometimes. So if you just want to save some money or you are on a budget but don't want to dress like it. I'd recommend checking them out. What's the worst that's going to happen? Best of all, these are really nice suits! The fabric is wonderfully soft and we made it to the wedding with minutes to spare looking like a million bucks. The store has a really nice assortment of suits, rental tuxedos, shoes, belts, hats, vests, jackets, shirts, and wallets. They even do dry cleaning! It was just over $46 with tax. The suit was clean and it was done on time but wow, the price was crazy. We will not do business with them again. It also was pressed a bit oddly on the lapel--it looked crocked when buttoned and on the hanger but when hubby put it on it was OK. Not happy and do not recommend them.

The salesman told me they would rent me a suit that would fit. Their selection was very, very questionable. The price to rent the suit was about half the price I would pay for a decent suit at a reasonable store that services big and tall. If you're normal size, I suppose they might be OK but if you're a big guy steer Clear. Make the trip down to Schaumburg or that area and go to a legitimate big tall shop.
