If I could leave less then a 1 star review I would but unfortunately, 1 star is the lowest I can do. DO NOT go to this place such an awful experience. I wish we listened to the other reviews on this page because they're all true but we were in a bind. They will try to up charge you with gel, claiming that regular polish won't last the day and they do whatever they can to make sure that the polish doesn't. They clearly didn't do our nails correctly and we had chips in our nails just hours after leaving. The one of us that did get gel had to fuss at the nail tech to do her nails correctly, & her nails are the only ones that came out good. The salons ok, not super sanitary. I was worried the entire time. They didn't even use gloves once not even while doing our pedicures. Definitely not up to par with other nail salons I've been to. The worst part of it all was that when I called to see if there was a resolution to the issue before posting this review, the nail tech was incredibly rude, defensive, and ended up hanging up on me. He kept saying if we wanted our nails to last the day we should have done gel instead of regular polish. Absolutely absurd. Regular polish is meant to last 5-7 days where gel is meant to last up to 2 weeks. He also mentioned that this nail salon wasn't the owners main source of income and so they didn't really care about the quality of service. Upset that I paid cash and tipped at all. 0 out of 10 stars will not go again. read more

The shop is busy and a bit of a mess. The pedicure was fine, but the gel manicure was the worst. It's super sloppy looking, no cuticle clipping, no moisturizer. It looks really sloppy. They said O could clean it up in the sink if I wanted it cleaned up. So this as good as I could clean them. I will Definitely find another shop next time. read more

Clearly business is too good for them- have been a few times and it's fine- not great, not awful , but fine Stopped in today for a pedicure and the young man up front sitting with his legs on the desk told me they were busy and to come back in half an hour. Got back 35 minutes later and there were several people waiting, after a few minutes a man (owner?) came and asked what we wanted- told him. Bd he said they were too busy, and I should come back in a while. I said I had just done that and he asked me who I spoke with as the first young man just looked and seemed to have no recollection As I watched then disconnect the phone that had kept ringing, I decided this was not a good day for a pedi at TV Nails Maybe they'll be able to beat the business back down to a level they can handle read more

Don't bother making an appointment because they won't keep it, but take walk ins and split your time with 2-3 other people. Go to him, because she causes pain and does a terrible job on manis, decent on pedis. Decent. read more

I'm actually writing a review on my nieces experience there today. She requested a certain color and they threw a fight and did not give her the color she asked for. Her friend went and also requested a color in which she was denied. Not to mention one was cut and then when confronted about it, the nail tech said it was there before. Zero apologies were made. Was back a second time for a mani-pedi. Again fab place great job. After my pedi I was getting my nails done and while I was they were cleaning the pedi spas and taking the jets off and cleaning them so they are properly sanitizing the spas. Also the spa chairs are massage chairs and are wonderful! read more

I went in today as a walk in mani/pedi. It was pretty empty but filled up with more walk ins and two appointments after I got in the pedicure chair. The pedicure was started by a man, then I was passed onto a woman so he could start someone else. The pedicure itself was okay for the cheap price but the paint job was a mess. I'm actually in tears. I left before I could get my gel manicure as I had somewhere else I had to be and it took way too long. I've been here once before and it was great but today was ridiculous. read more

My friend and I went to get manicures, and it was horrible. They bounced around from client to client. My gel nails look horrible with bumps and dents. Forgot to put top coat on. Never talked to us. No dryers for your nails. When they were done they went on to another person and never cashed me out, I had to ask to pay. Horrible experience. read more

Called and made an appointment for ANC and when I got there they were busy but proceeded to try and accommodate me. I picked out my color and then it was a rush job, numerous times I pointed out that there were sharp points that needed to be filed down and the 2 people that were switching off with doing my nails kept saying it was fine. The nails were uneven and I pointed that out and they would only fix one. It took them only 20 minutes and when they were done I had to take a file and even them out and fix all the sharp edges. So glad I had a gift certificate even though there was plenty of extra left on it because I would not have paid for nails to look that bad. read more

do NOT come here if you want your nails rushed so they can please the regulars. i come here very little, a total of three times. i was extremely pleased with the job they did the previous two times but this time is the last time i'll be going here. they were dead when i first arrived so they seated us immediately. he asked me what shape i wanted my nails because i was getting anc & tips. i told him round but he did them square & got mad at me when i told him that wasn't right. two ladies walked in and they were regulars so he then continued to rush my nails and after he finished putting the anc on he had me go sit at the back where the nail dryers were so he could seat the regulars and he then put my top coat on there. that is NOT how you treat any customer. not to mention how unsanitary they are as they hop from customer to customer without gloves or washing their hands. very unsatisfied with my outcome here today & will not be wasting any more money here. read more
