I was a bit worried by the lack of decent reviews, but I trusted my friend, so o went here on Saturday afternoon with another pal. We both had a great time and our nails look fabulous. I got a pedicure and then an ANC manicure on my natural nails. She got tips and an ANC manicure. I had Kim, she had Nick. Kim was super nice and friendly. She did a great job and I feel like I have princess nails right now! Everyone there was nice. It was clean and professional. The polish bottles at the front of the store looked well used... but other than that, it was great all around! Disclaimer, I've never had an ANC manicure before, so I'm not 100% able to compare it to something else. However, seemed pretty good to me!

Sandy is great, it took us a little time to get into a rhythym because my nails are super sensitive so I can't have the ANC (get dip) taken off my nails in the usual way, but she listened and now gives me exactly what i need. Calling to make an appointment can be a little disconcerting because they don't take your name or phone number, however, I have never had an issue with my appointment being forgotten or mixed up. Big parking lot that gets plowed well in winter, so parking is always easy. I was most impressed, however, when I tore my ACL and suddenly found myself on crutches as well as blood thinners yet needed to get my nails done for an event...Sandy was so good about making sure that I didn't slip or fall with my injury. She took extra care of me for weeks to ensure I could move safely from the pedicure chair to the nail station, and even made adjustments to ensure that no accidental nicks happened, due to my heightened blood clot risk. At the end, I am still stuck with a chunk of something in my gel polish. Edges of nails not even polished, also frustrating. Got the silent treatment at the end, as she was clearly irritated I asked her to fix the nail. Despite still tipping 20% I won't be returning. Please, can we just take our time and perform the service? I'm paying $60+ so I don't have to do this at home, but if you're just going to blow through it what is the point?
