They are good for birthdays, mother's day, valentine's day, anniversaries, getting ready for a bug event like a wedding or just in need of some self care. They are great for both men and women alike. I find it nice treat myself to a pedicure twice a year. They massage my calves, feet, exfoliate my skin, scrub off calloused skin, and make my look and feet feel great.
