Instead of addressing her concerns professionally and privately, Alex spoke loudly in front of the entire salon about my toes and refused to provide the service I requested. It was embarrassing and completely unnecessary. She also made comments about how I 'took so long to come back,' without having any idea what I have been going through personally. That was insensitive and unprofessional. No client should be judged for the time between visits. I respectfully asked if we could step somewhere private because I was uncomfortable discussing personal matters in front of other customers. She dismissed my request and continued speaking openly. After being a loyal customer for years, this experience was extremely disappointing. I still paid $20 for what was partially done and left feeling humiliated. I will not be returning. After so many years, they have lost a loyal client due to a complete lack of professionalism and discretion.
