Whether or not their story is true, or if they just broke it and didn't want to accept responsibility, well I guess that's a question that only them and the Lord knows the answer to. Interestingly, for just an extra $100, I could buy a new screen and replace the one that they broke. Anyway, this was at 7 pm and I needed the phone for work the next morning so going out and getting a new phone wasn't really an option. I guess they know they got you in a pickle. I'll give them two stars seeing as the tech did seem to genuinely feel bad and threw in a "free" screen protector to make up for it. Next time, go to Apple or BestBuy or at least somewhere that doesn't engage in shady business practices and will stand behind their work.
