Becareful getting your electronics fixed on here. Got my phone screen replaced at this place. The product they use is very cheap. The screen they provided me was super laggy and would make my phone super hot that I can't even use it. The display brightness would change by it self. Would keep my phone ON. and doesn't go to sleep cuz for some reason it it be pressing things by it self. That's just the product. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The lady that works there seem like she doesn't like her job at all. I was trying to explain to her what's going on. But she just cut me off and ask for my number. Didn't even let my explain it all the way[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. Also the last I was there it took about 10 to 15 minutes to get my screen replaced by the guy. But when I was talking to her. She was thing to ask for my pin on my phone and seem like she was to take her time to do it instead of getting right to it right away like last time. So I said that to her "you can't just get this done? It took about 10 15 minutes last night.?" And she tried to make excuses saying "she might break something" so she was gojng to wait for the guy. I'm like "you work here ? What is your job to do here ? You're telling me you have no idea on how to fix this ?" She couldn't answer so she decided to just take my phone in the back and she replaced the screen in less than 10 minutes no problem? So i asked her "why were you asking for my pin and making excuses that you had to wait for the guy but you did it in less than 10 minutes no problem? Very expensive. First price we got told was with the replacement kit, since we brought 1 , the lady told us we would get some of the price reduced, but she couldn't tell us how much. When we came back we had to pay even more then we where told at first. Since the repair kit wasn't the right 1. But instead of just paying the full price ( incl the repair kit) we had to pay $ 45 more to replace a screen what made it $145. Way to expensive. We waited more then 1 week till the screen was replaced from the Nintendo switch light. read more

I had apple macbook repaired at store in early 2023 and was fixed in a month or so. It broke again shortly after i received it and was under their warranty timeframe. Horrible service these people are scammers. Took my PlayStation in for a wiring issue and they continued to treat it as if it was an overheating issue. Paid $80 and they did absolutely nothing with it. I brought it back in and complained they again, let it sit back there without even so much as cleaning it. After complaining a second time they insisted I bring it back a THIRD TIME (when i had physical proof that it was still malfunctioning)before I get a refund. Yes, as one person stated, the place is small and cluttered with reconditioned TV's, screen savers, etc. But who cares? The price for replacing a screen is as good or better than most other stores and the technician takes more time to replace a cellphone screen than other stores that claim to do the repair is 20 minutes or less. If the repair is done correctly, it will involve recalibrated the fingerprint sensor on the new screen. Doing that correctly will take much longer than 20 minutes. Bottom line, be very careful when replacing a cellphone screen. Be sure to get original parts and not after market parts too. read more
