Straight & sturdy & even suggested placing of one of them when he realized we were unsure of the placement, after hearing we played video games. Out of frustration, I was determined not to cheap out and dug into the options. Ubiquiti had a solid reputation for quality and reliability, so I went about finding someone who handled their products. Yelp was a great resource and I narrowed down my choices to LA Wifi Guys, as their information gave me the most confidence. Made an appointment and David came out. Really liked his approach. Honest and transparent and not hustling me for upsells. He described my options clearly and it was easy to decide what I wanted. Not cheap, but very fair considering the higher quality solution and more experienced installation. It actually cost notably less than my original set up, which was done 6 years ago and had less features and most of all turned out crappy. David gave me an estimate for parts delivery, which turned out to be exact, and we made the install appointment for the day after. He came in and was very polite, careful and steadfast. He also was great at explaining how to operate my new system. But most of all, weeks after the install, I am sooo happy with it! Really great setup with excellent user interface and excellent camera resolution. I've already shared videos and stills with the neighborhood (as we are having coyote issues), and it was so quick and easy to do. A+++ experience all around! Thank you so much, David!

If you ever need a TV mounted, or really anything done in your home, I cannot recommend Igor enough. I wouldn't trust anyone else to hang or mount anything in our apartment. My roommate used him to mount his television, and when I reached out to have mine mounted and to have the cord hiding wall kit installed, he was prompt and attentive right away. He was thoughtful in communicating that he would need to assess the wall first, and when he arrived he was incredibly professional, easy to work with, and got the job done in under two hours. I don't normally leave reviews but Igor deserves it. I hired him to hang my 70in tv, he was supposed to show up at 12:30 but communicated with me that he was able to show up earlier which I absolutely appreciated. He was very professional and personable - showed up with a laser level, impact driver, identified the studs and walked me through every step. Will 100% be using him in the future to mount my soundbar and possibly even cable management. Last time I got my TV mounted I used GeekSquad and it took them 1.5hrs, 2 guys, and 8 holes (there's only 4 screws fyi). There's no greater value than Igor 100%. read more

Don't look any further if you want a professional, reliable, punctual and efficient TV installer. The wall on which my TV was going to be mounted was not an easy one. I had a couple of others try it. I was so close to return the TV to the store before I found Igor. He came, and it took him a little more than an hour and up it was. I am so happy with his work! When I called him and sent my pictures he knew exactly why the others didn't succeed. I guess that after installing more than 1600 tv's, as he mentioned, he knows exactly what he's doing.
