During my dog's first grooming appointment, I was charged an amount that I later learned I was overcharged. When I raised the issue during a subsequent visit, I was initially told that no one knew what I was talking about. To the company's credit, the matter was eventually addressed, and I was provided with a gift card to compensate for the overcharge. However, what concerns me most is what happened afterward. I continued bringing my dogs to the groomer and completed multiple appointments without being informed of any problems or concerns. Then, when I called to schedule another appointment, I was suddenly told that the groomer was no longer "comfortable" servicing my dogs and that the grooming manager or owner would need to explain the situation. I was never informed of any issues during prior visits, nor was I given any opportunity to address concerns before being effectively turned away. The lack of communication, transparency, and professionalism left me confused and disappointed. However clearly I can find other services. I believe customers deserve clear communication, consistency, and honest explanations when service decisions are made. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Beware.

Due to health issues I asked my son to pick him up and they were charging us $195 after adding on over $100 in extras that were not requested. What is the point of the app if you plan to do whatever you want and charge arbitrarily for services not only not requested but not even listed! Then they were less than professional when questioned. I won't be bringing any of my dogs back.

When asked why this was happening the cashier had no clue and called over the shift manager. She couldn't figure anything out either as it wouldn't even register the bag I was buying at the time. Then proceeded to get very rude and gave no answers or offerings of help at all. So I called corporate myself they said this should have never happened but that the district manager would have to call me. A whole week & a 1/2 later no call from anyone. I will be purchasing my $75 dog food from another company delivered to my door and I won't even have to go get it. As clearly this company cares zero about customer service. The store was very clean and didn't feel gross, overlit, and corporate like the more well known stores.
