My dog is almost 5 years old and I have never had to battle with a groomer over cutting 1/2 inch off her long straight hair. It was an extremely simple request to just trim her all over 1/2 inch or so and clean her up that is all. She continued to roll her eyes and speak to me sharply throughout this process. Never once did she smile or give the impression she enjoyed her job, people or specifically animals. Once I found out my poor dog could be with this demon of a girl for up to 3 hours-I bounced. With all these horrible things going on with groomers and them abusing dogs, I wasn't taking a chance. Never will I step foot in that place again.

My Lily was easy peasy to get into the back and she followed Miraya like a doll. On the other hand, Sunny was not having any of it. She pancaked in the middle of the floor, tried dragging me out the place, and was just overall scared to death. She is only 1 and doesn't like me to leave her at unfamiliar places. But Miraya came to the rescue once she got back out to the lobby! She helped me get my flat deadweight baby's harness back on, and scooped her to take her to the back, like a champ! When she called me to come pick them up, it was only an hour after I had left! Incredible timing in my opinion because where I used to go before (we will leave the unnamed) would take 2-3 hours before calling me to pick my babies up! I never liked that. When I arrived I received a pretty shockingly good report card, after what had went down at drop off! Sunny and Lily both enjoyed their baths, Lily didn't like the nail trimming but Sunny did - which shocked us both. Lily was so happy to show herself off when Miraya passed her off to me and I could tell Sunny was a totally different dog when she came out as well, no more scaredy cat! I am thoroughly pleased with the timing from drop off to pick up, the patience of sweet Miraya, and how beautiful my baby girls look and not to mention how amazing they smell now!! I will definitely be bringing them back when it is time for another grooming session with Miraya!!

During my dog's first grooming appointment, I was charged an amount that I later learned I was overcharged. When I raised the issue during a subsequent visit, I was initially told that no one knew what I was talking about. To the company's credit, the matter was eventually addressed, and I was provided with a gift card to compensate for the overcharge. However, what concerns me most is what happened afterward. I continued bringing my dogs to the groomer and completed multiple appointments without being informed of any problems or concerns. Then, when I called to schedule another appointment, I was suddenly told that the groomer was no longer "comfortable" servicing my dogs and that the grooming manager or owner would need to explain the situation. I was never informed of any issues during prior visits, nor was I given any opportunity to address concerns before being effectively turned away. The lack of communication, transparency, and professionalism left me confused and disappointed. However clearly I can find other services. I believe customers deserve clear communication, consistency, and honest explanations when service decisions are made. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Beware.

What is the point of the app if you plan to do whatever you want and charge arbitrarily for services not only not requested but not even listed! Then they were less than professional when questioned.
