I was promptly assisted and was offered the choice of a new or used tire. The service person leaned towards the new tire because of the state of the roads and the amount of road construction. I ended up replacing both back tires because of the tread and having had to repair both several times. Within 25 minutes, both my tires had been taken off, the new tires put on, and the spare was put back in the boot. The price included the tires and a small fee for the labor. I was floored by how simple and quick the process was. There was no quick talk to upsell me or try to get me to purchase items for the car that were unnecessary. Unfortunately, this location has been inconsistent. On one visit, the technicians installed the wrong size tire on my car. I only realized something was wrong when my vehicle's sensors alerted me. When I returned to have it addressed, the associate I spoke with was dismissive and unhelpful. On another occasion, however, the service was much better. The associate was friendly, professional, and pleasant to work with. Overall, the customer service feels like a Jekyll and Hyde experience. You never quite know what you're going to get. That said, I do appreciate the quality of the tires and the services (tire rotation, etc.) that come with them.

Then he said the tires were worn on the outer edge and wouldn't balance or rotate them. After pressing him, he said he could rotate the front two tires and possible fix the slow leak. All through this time, he kept pressuring me to buy new tires. I told him I would want to research prices and he countered with, "We have a lowest price guarantee.", and gave me his card so that I could call him after I did my research. Be careful with this business!…read more I went to this place with my vehicle after receiving a postcard offering a generous discount. I waited while they performed an oil change and alignment. It wasn't a long process. They provided me with a detailed list of parts that needed replacement, totaling $5,000. I was told that my battery was bad, and I needed new spark plugs and new front brakes. I was very concerned about the long list of expensive work that they said needed to be done, but my vehicle was driving just fine. I checked the battery, and it passed the test. I also decided to stop by O'Reilly Auto Parts to check the battery there, and it was working well and still functioning fine! After getting quotes from various mechanics, I decided to go with 210 Family Mobile Mechanics, who replaced the spark plugs and front brakes, which could probably last another 50,000 miles. The spark plugs and brakes looked just fine and there was no need to replace them, they could have lasted another 40-50,000 miles easily. I am writing this review to make people aware of their tactics to worry you and make you spend a bunch of money just for the purpose of taking your money for replacing parts that don't need replacing.

So, I was very skeptical of taking my car to Walmart to get serviced but I am fairly new to town…read moreand do not trust easily when if comes to anything automotive, not to mention, I needed it done quickly, as I was way overdue and headed out of town that day. My requests were: Oil change using Penzoil, Tires Rotated, Air Filter Changed, Do Not top off my wiper fluid as I use Rain-X and do it myself, and to call when they are done as I will not be waiting in the store. As far as I can tell, they rotated my tires, checked the tire pressure, checked the tread on my tires (I'll get back to this), did the oil change, changed the air filter. Things that did not happen correctly: Wiper fluid had been topped off, and I got no call when the car was done! Also, back to the tread on my tires, the cashier told me that the tread on my tire was given a certain score and was not sure what it meant though, except that the tires would likely need to be replaced soon but no esitmate on how many more miles they had on them (which is frustrating). All of this cost me only $56.31. So, I am giving them 4 stars because I usually have awful experiences with car places and overall they did pretty well, but took off because the cashier did not know what the tread score was, no call, and the wiper fluid.
