I wait in the front counter as I want to ask if they shape hats. Waited for 8 min. And no one contacts me. I hear a joyful conversation in the back as I wait, but I give them the benefit of the doubt. The same lady comes out, ignores me so I ask if they have a hat shaper, she doesn't even look at me and says, "no" and keeps walking. As if she was too good for me to ask her a question. In my experience and my own opinion, this was poor service in my book. Never coming back!

I just recently bought a skirt on the sale rack that I noticed was damaged, ripped, missing a button when I got home. I called immediately when I noticed the damaged skirt. The sales associate remembered me and told me that was the reason it was on the sales rack, because it was damaged. And she said told me it was final sale. I worked in retail for 3 years and I think that's a horrible. Purposely selling damaged clothes for a small percentage off. Not cool. She should have offered me my money back. I spend a couple hundred dollars today on clothes that's the least she could do. Very disappointed today with the service unfortunately. So to anyone shopping be careful with sale items. The associate told me they put damaged items on the sale rack and they do not warn the guests that they are damaged when purchasing.... not good... Richard and Tamara totally resolved my issue.
