Really enjoyed the ease with which I got a Tuxedo from here, it was a nice brand for a good price. I do wish they had a wider variety of fabrics to choose from, I didn't feel I could find a good vegan tuxedo, but also I didn't look very hard. Idk polyester and other man made materials often have a reputation for low quality but I know there are specialty suit makers that make vegan tuxedos. Even so I doubt they would have beat the price here. Definitely coming back if I ever need formalwear and I thought the staff was very helpful. read more

Worst customer service and experience at the Gardena location. Salesmen Jorge should be fired and manager Jenny is not fit to manage a store and take care of customer relations. Came in with my family for a wedding party and Jorge was assigned to us as a salesman. Jorge did not seem like he wanted to help us and just wanted the sale. Both my brother in law and myself had additional issues with sizing. Opposed to ensuring we were comfortable Jorge provided an attitude that the suit was the right fit although it was too tight. They had to order the same suit and size because the particular cut was off for the pieces we got. They were able to correct the issue with the special orders. However the whole time Jorge ensured and instructed us to come by a few weeks before the wedding if we needed to exchange for a bigger size. He said do not worry about the 30 day return policy. My father in law tried on his suit a few weeks before the wedding and found he needed a bigger size. When my father in law came in with his unaltered suit Jorge denied helping him with an exchange after ensuring us over and over again we can make an exchange after the 30 days as long as it was not altered. Please do not come here as they may ruin your special event. If this is not corrected by Suit & Tux Warehouse management I will be making a complaint with the Department of Consumer Affairs and California Attorney General's Office. read more

It's a hit and miss on the colors and sizes sometimes but they do try to help you out for the most part, there's plenty of parking and the guys helping with you to select the size are real helpful. read more

I finally called and they said my package left 10 mins ago (5:08PM CST) and this could all have been avoided. They do not respond to email timley. The representative I spoke to requested FedEx to return package back to sender but who knows now when I will actually receive the refund. read more

Highly Recommended this place. Was in a pinch and needed a Tuxedo for an event same day. Jorge was really helpful and got me suited. Told him my situation he convinced me to buy instead of rent for the simple reason that it's usually the same price if not cheaper at times he feels renting is a waste of money and buying at least you get to keep to use again for other occasion. (Was quoted $200-$450 for rental from different spots) I love how he didn't try to upsell me he showed me options and recommended me the cheapest option. Did pay $16 for pant alteration but they did it in 10 mins while I was looking around. Deon the cashier was super cool made good conversation making transaction smooth. So I went in under a short notice to get a suit for a wedding.
