Overall this is a nice Marshalls they had a good selection of items in every department. The customer service is kind of lacking the only person who spoke to me was the cashier although I passed many workers during my shopping experience. I visited around 10am on 7/25/25 so it wasn't very crowded. The fitting room attendant wasn't very friendly. It was an OK experience. I was very happy to see TGIN and FENTY hair care which was my Main reason for visiting. read more

If you could assume that everything they carry here is something you want AND you happened into sale prices for whatever you wanted to buy when you wanted to buy it, then (and only then) Marshalls would be one of the truly great shopping places. Unfortunately, the selection of available shoes and clothes items is pretty weak, and what they have is usually hopelessly out of style and/or just plain awful... When I'm in the neighborhood and have the time to stop in, I usually look at the clothes and shoes available. That said, nine times out of ten, I don't find anything in those categories I want :-( To be fair, this Marshalls has its moments; they've got some decent home goods and snacks which can be pretty useful :-) read more

Had a very strange experience with a very rude employee at the entrance to the dressing room today. They make you put all of your clothing on a rack so that they can count the number of items you have, which is fine. Then they give you a placard with the number of items that you have and send you to your dressing room. When you are finished, they won't let you leave with the items that you intend on purchasing. They force you to place all the items back on the rack when you are finished so that they can be counted again. This shows a massive lack of trust for their customers. I imagine that the store is doing this due to theft concerns, however, it leaves a bad taste in my mouth and I will not be visiting this store again after experiencing this. If a store finds it necessary to create an annoying new policy like this, they should at least have the decency to explain it clearly to everyone entering the dressing room so that their customers know the drill. The funniest thing was that the second time I went through the dressing room, I flatly refused to comply with their ridiculous and rude policy, and took my single item that I was purchasing straight to the front to buy it, and did not stop to let the dressing room attendant count it, purely on principle. The dressing room attendant absolutely lost it, and called her manager over. Her manager obviously did nothing because I had done nothing wrong, but it all goes to show just how rude and unprofessional the dressing room attendant was. Some people just have an axe to grind! It would be much more ideal if this store hired friendly and professional people instead of angry and confrontational people. I guess in this case, considering that this is an off-price retailer, you really get what you pay for! read more

Had a terrible experience here. Kayra is very rude. I tried to make a return and she gave severe attitude... I was just trying to return a broken mug that arrived to my house shattered. Someone else behind the register, I'm assuming it was her manger was mumbling things under her breath and continued to question me. She asked me if I didn't have the original Marshall's bag. When it was purchased online, then proceeded to give me a hard time because I did not have the physical card with me. However, I had on Apple Pay... In summary, kayra and her manager that were here on 10/12/24 @6:30pm are very rude and should Customer service lessons given that they work in retail. read more

Manager is inept. I brought him a return. It had all it's original tags, including the shinny red gadget at the bottom. Cashier got manager. Arlene, the assistant manager at this location is the worst. And sorry to break it to you Arlene people go to Marshalls to shop or simply browse, i'm not sure if it bothered you that I was going through each hanger on the rack but you don't need to snap on people who go through the rack to shop. And I get it, working retail is a lot but you don't need to treat people that way. I hope your day gets better and please don't snap on people who are only shopping and browsing if it bothers you that people are going through racks maybe you shouldn't work at a retail store. I could say you're lucky I didn't snap at you back directly, but it was disappointing to find out from a cashier who was the manager of the store that you're an assistant manager shame on you. Treat your customers, right Oh, one last thing you're a liar, telling your supervisor that I was being rude. When you were the one being rude I said, excuse me when we met halfway through the rack. I bought a bathroom caddy not too long ago from another store. Unfortunately, it didn't work out so I thought I'd do a return/exchange. I was glad to learn there was one on the way home from work (vs going all the way back to Torrance where I made the original purchase.) Convenient! Parking is shared with other businesses, but plenty. I felt this store had a lot more items for sale as well as clearance compared to the last spot. I found an unbelievable deal on a wok ($10!) and just couldn't let it go! So, I got that and another bathroom caddy. Everything was generally organized. There was very little clutter. Lots of bargain buys! All but one cashier spots were open which made me wonder why it took SO long to get to customers. I was probably 5th in line and it took almost 15 minutes to get to me. (The line grew within a couple of minutes and I still hadn't moved...) Then it dawned on me: the line is the same for returns/exchanges as well as for purchase. They might reconsider separating the two. Otherwise, uneventful. I would return should the need arise. read more

This place has to be the worst of the worst when it comes to TJX company stores. Not only do they have their clothing racks at bare bones, but they neverrrrrr ever have enough cashiers. I will be attaching a picture of the 20 person line, and only 3 cashiers working! RIDICULOUS. Every other TJX store from Home Goods to Marshall's always call for back up once the line reaches 5 or more people. Do not waste your time here unless you have all damn day to wait for less than mediocre items. read more

I go to this Marshalls more than any other. Yes, it is located in the middle of a dead shopping center. Yes, it is dirty. Yes, they have ugly "urban" clothes more than anything else. However, they have great shoes. I have big ass feet and they have cheap shoes for me :) I have gotten several pairs for $5. They aren't the best quality, but for $5, who cares? I've gotten some of my favorite shirts and underwear here, too. There is tons of parking. read more

Wow huge and very stocked up Marshalls. I like the fact that size and stuff was available in various colours. The had good deal and quality product in this location specially of perfumes. The ladies dress were a deal and my significant other got a bunch. The customer service was quite good especially the attendant at the change room. Over all good experience. read more

They have really good stuff in here. It is not in the nicest of neighborhoods, but it located next to Walmart Neighborhood Market...so yeah! Anyway, needed to pick up a few things for my place and was able to navigate the store with ease. The lines are always long in Marshalls so I don't know what that is about?! I needed a dress for a wedding in 4 days. In my mind, I ranked Marshall's over TJ Maxx, over Ross. So, I headed out, ready to find my perfect dress. After ten minutes of searching the store (which isn't that big), I couldn't even find one dress rack. Not one. I saw sweaters, I saw activewear, I saw pants and tops and jackets and gloves. But no dresses. On the clearance rack, there were a few (ugly) options in random sizes. I asked a sales associate where the dresses were and she replied that it wasn't dress season. Um, this is Southern California, and it's 80 degrees in November. It's always dress season. She was very friendly, but I couldn't wear that to the wedding. The store was reasonably organized and clean, though I didn't venture into the dressing rooms or bathrooms. Constantly new selection, name brands, I always find really amazing bras here too. And the home section is so much fun with all end caps being clearance shelves. This store is addicting, but wish there was a return line like Ross. Otherwise you will need to wait in line. I guess they want to make sure that you find something else instead of flat out returning something to make the line worthwhile. I like this place because it's like a treasure hunt. Although you won't always find exactly what you're looking for, there is a little bit of fun added to getting to search around for the new inventory. Usually, I find something good here with a much higher consistency than I do at the local Ross and always at a price which I think is very reasonable. Poor service, but jot from the employees. Their policies need to change!!! I went to return 2 mirrored end tables $99 each, they would not accept them because they did not appear in their system, regardless me purchasing them on another marshalls store they did not honor the refund. Not even on a freaking gift card. COME ON, the money was going back into their stores if my refund would of gone into a gift card, but I was denied! Over $200 dollars gone! I like coming here because you can find great buys everytime! I always try on the latest jeans styles and walk away with a pair that cost me a fraction of what I would pay at the department stores. I also love how easy it is to park here, huge parking lot! And if you need to return or exchange something, no hassles. The selection is worthy of taking a look every season. I went in the last couple weeks and found new things on each visit. I scored an adorable black fuzzy jacket that looks designer, for $39.99! I just love bargains! This is my local Marshall's and I love it. It's always pretty neat and I can find something pretty much every time I'm in there. As any other Marshall's, the prices are right and you can find some good name brand stuff. I personally love that they very often have Levi's at, sometimes, less the half the regular retail price. I came up on a Levi's jacket for $34.99 that was regular price 84.99 at the Levi's store! It was the only one and I wanted it so I didn't hesitate! I come in here sometimes just to see if there any more hidden jewels. read more

I went to this Marshalls and upon arriving we were in the first isle where the shoes are. Someone came flying out of the employees only door and shove my friend and I against the wood displays like he was playing football. And threw us to the ground. I was furious. My husband and I ran into this Marshall's to purchase some sheets. Our bed is a Cal King so it's usually hard to find. Well we finally found some sheets for a very good price $24.99, not unusual but yet a good deal. When we get to the counter to pay the cashier ( middle age Indian woman) says let me check the price on this, and walks to the counter behind her and goes on whatever machine and she starts looking up numbers. After a minute my husband and I look at each other like " What is this BS"? Then she calls the young Hispanic male cashier and tells him that "sheets are not usually that low and if they put the wrong ticket on these sheets and I try to bring the sheets back it could be a problem exchanging) Bull! When the young male Hispanic came and looked at the sheets he kept rubbing the price tag like we changed it! And that's when I realized that's what the problem was They thought we changed the price.
